It no longer recognizes my username or password so can't read it and there's no instructions for resetting. I don't know whether to uninstall it and hope that when I I stall it again it'll lead me through directions to set up a new username and password. Very frustrating as I can no longer access while I'm out of towm.

Blocks of blurred print, pages flip around when zoomed out to read ..... just so so app/ 8/23/16 App updated and now impossible to even log in. Customer service guy could log in on his computer but still not able to log in on my Android tablet. SR app sucks.

Reading my newspaper online is important to me. While this app has many good features, I can get through only a few pages before everything freezes. Even reinstalling the app does not help. So now I wonder if it's the app or my tablet. I don't have issues with other apps, so I deduce it's this app.
