If enabled, the Intelligent Keylock Unlocker unlocks your lock screen automatically if the proximity sensor does not register any object closer than a few centimeters to it.
In that way, you don't need to disable the lock screen any more and don't need to worry about that your phone could be unlocked while it's in your pocket at once!

a) This app may stress the battery on some (few) devices due to technical (firmware-related) reasons. As this app is free, please, don't be rigorous if that's the case!
b) If you are using your lockscreen e.g. in order to disable alarms, you should be careful when using this application ;) because the lockscreen might be disabled even in that case.

It is well programmed and does not drain the battery in any way. However, it may stress the battery on some (few) devices due to technical (firmware-related) reasons. Unfortunately, many devices behave very differently.
In principle, the application should work on almost every phone and with almost every lock screen application. Let me know if it does not.
A few last words: The App2SD-mode is intentionally deactivated, because it would not work that way (referring to the Android SDK Documents).

I've only had it for a few hours, but after trying many others and with higher ratings and failed, this app works Great! I read that it fails after a week, so may change my rating. Let's hope not! Also, I have Samsung Galaxy S II and I read a review that said it didn't work on their phone (????) Also, one should note that the lock screen will initialize for a second while sensor detects proximity, I have no problem with that as it shows proximity is working. At this point, highly recommended. Please Try!

Works perfectly - saves me having to click the button and swipe, but at the same time never unlocks while in my pocket. I also like to use the pattern unlock for the screen and this saves me having to swipe the unlock bar and then the pattern as well. Top stuff.

Idea is good, but realisation have the issue: proximity sensor is always on when screen is off, so it drain battery (about 10% on my device)! Much better it's to turn on sensor only immediately after screen on. Can you fix this issue?

My phone spends almost all its time in my pocket. I replaced a dumb keylock unlocker (always enabled) with this app. With the always unlocking app the battery was down to 10% within 16 hours with the proximity sensing unlocker, the battery was at 66% at the end of the day.

Could use toggle for enable/disable. Doesn't register all the time, have to go in and uncheck and recheck to reactivate. Update/fix? Otherwise great.

Works in tandem to my tap tap app which works as well. It actually unlocks the phone on my Sensation. Well done! I can now use the *force* to unlock my phone again lol. Thanks!

Make sure your clear of the sensor and the room isn't dim. That's how I found it worked best. Wish it could be used as a Tasker plugin, to start or stop as required.

Works as expexted on HTC DZ: device is unlocked when sitting on a table, and locked when in my pocket. Great stuff!

The option is ambiguous as to check the box or not and your discription in read more is poor
