OK, but needs work to get up to the level of LMI or even RDP. Sometimes adds extra character when logging in, need to backspace before [enter], some other annoyances, generally OK once connected. Some difficulties zooming/scrolling host screen, and some difficulties with key entry on some windows apps. Improvements are still needed.

This app works so much more reliably than LogMeIn and is much cheaper. I'm managing 50+ computers with it.

I have been using Splashtop Business for well over a year and like it better than Teamviewer and Logmein. I mainly support my customers with my mobile phone and the experince is flawless. The cost is just right! I wish that SOS was included with Splashtop Business.

We picked Splashtop to replace Logmein when it became prohibitively expensive for our uses. Splashtop's pricing structure works much better for the way we work (frequently remote, with several computers at a time). It's a terrific program that works beautifully computer to computer and mobile to computer. We're very pleased.

Not very reliable though, machines say they are asleep and take multiple tries to get in yet I am connecting from mobile and standing in front of the computer and certainly not asleep.. very sporadic in this sense, not same quality as team viewer, but much cheaper I guess.. u get what you pay for..

It has its quirks, but so does everything else I've tried. Splashtop runs faster while using less bandwidth compared to many others. To top it off, it is the most cost effective solution I have tried. Although there are others with more features for IT services (which would be awesome to see on Splashtop Business at some point), Splashtop is up there with the best of remote access apps when it comes to performance.

Transitioned from LogMeIn and love it. Luckily, while searching hard for an alternative to LogMeIn, I found Splashtop. It works great and it seems to me like the company behind it is genuinely focused on its software, its features and functionality, and its users, rather than on squeezing every penny they can out of it. Hopefully, the software, the service, and this ethos will continue.

I am a teacher and I don't always have the files or the computer that I need at the right time. This app let's me show the kids power points or videos that I have stored on my home computer. I am also the tech support for my family and friends. This app has saved me many trips to their houses as it gives me access to their computers from my living room couch. When you have parents that are nearing 80 that is a lot of trips. I absolutely love this app and highly recommend it.

Generally pretty good and quite useful. Sometimes need to FC the Android app and restart to connect. And can't drag and drop from Android (maybe I'm doing this wrong).

For the money it's quite a deal.

I have been a very loyal customer of LogMeIn for years! Their greed has grown year after year. From a cost of $0 to a couple hundred was bearable. Now, my renewal is $1000! Sorry, but no thank you. Splashtop is very responsive and seems to actually care at this point!

I have used logmein for many years... not any more. They got greedy and their service got worse. Splashtop is faster and has better user interface. I love the trak pad feature.

2This app allows me to work remotely from home. Very convenient. 90% of the time works. Other time I'm dealing with updates from this app or a windows update that causes minor issues. Like restarting target computer or host computer.

Closest thing to LogmeIn in mangement, behaviour and ease of use, wihout the extortionate licensing. Mangement of 3rd party acess uses similar user and customer/client machine groupings. Not quite as slick, but absolutely inbeatable for the price, and expect them only to get better as customers flock from LMI - highly recommended!!

After logmein went to a paid subscription, splashtop filled the need for remote access at a price I could afford. Highly recommend it.

The app freezes when connection is slow and attempting to conmect multiple times. When using the keyboard the top part of the screen is covered with special buttons (ctrl, alt etc....) the display is a bit laggy. The price is the only thing holding me.

Love it! Totally replace Logmein after they become greedy every year...work as charm and functioning as Logmein but at a more affordable and reasonable price!

Had a paid Splashtop version that gave mobile access. They deactivated the access, trying to force a monthly subscription. Crooks. Complete rip off.

Android app works great! I just accessed my office computer from my phone and the program was not only easy to use but it was quick. Great job.

Work most of the time. Wish for the SOS tool, it will automatically run again with same code when restart by the tool like after software upgrade.

For simple remote access on a range of devices this application cannot be beaten, and with an appropriate price.

Team viewer is a better app but 10x the price, plus these auto bill you every year, with no warning, should be better

Does everything LogMeIn will do, but a better value.

This app has released me from the office, I can't imagine not having it.
