SplashShopper List Organizer for Android
The developer has abandoned this app. The sync just does not work properly. SplashShopper was my favorite app, but now I will abandon it too.
They are so not keeping up with the new phones. Last two phones I had start ALL my lists over...sync mess. Looking for a new program. Sad because I've used this since my Palm
Used this for years on my Palm z22, and still using it. The Android version does not work properly on my LG44, starting with an incomplete display. Very disappointed...
LOVED this app on my Palm Treo. Was glad to find it when I converted to Android in '08,though it was buggy enough that I switched to Mighty Grocery.Unfortunately years later we have little improvement.Still need a real sync (between phones)-if it could sync to any file store (box, onedrive,GDrive, etc) then phones could share that store!
I have used this app for years, but with the current version of Android I cannot access the settings. The split screen button keeps saying that "this app does not support split screen view". Please fix access to the settings. Thanks
Good app but use a Barcode scanner to make it easier to enter items. I've used on BlackBerry and now Android. Love how I can budget, keep track of store prices, and know how I will spend before I go shopping.
Just connect to your network and manually enter the IP address of the workstation running the SplashShopper desktop...

Cannot find where to select stores, columns, etc like on my old android...Has anyone found a, splash shopper app that works on android phones?
I was talking to a friend about what I put below. And He showed me how to get the menu up. I am enjoying Splashshopper again. I also have been using this program from Palm to Blackberry to Note 2 with no problem. Note 4 does not have a menu button and the program does not have a menu button. now I can't use it, but, I do love this. You'll need to put a menu button in the program. Thank You
After lots of work finally got the desktop sync going, and it works well, EXCEPT for the splash scren. Not only does it show at startup, it also shows whenever you switch from one list to another. It stays there for 15 seconds or more, making it look as if the app is hung. There is no excuse in the world for this behavior, which is a well-known irritant and a stupid flaw in an otherwise good product. A fix is way overdue.
Does not work, keeps crashing, no cloud sync or back up just a desktop that you have to buy.
Android version had no way to sync
Works well and great support with using new tablet - not just for app alone! Appreciate quick, clear, and through guidance. Thanks, again for a job well done!

Like so many other users, I used shopper on my Palm devices and loved it. Now, can't do anything with this Android version. Nothing like the old palm version. Wish I'd never bought it.
Helpful but very basic in many regards for a $5 app. Sync to desktop is buggy. No local backup feature on android device.
I've used this app on multiple devices, dating back to my Palm Pilot days. It is a simple app without unnecessary complexity. The separation of "all items" vs. "need items" (shopping list) makes it quick and easy to compile a shopping list and also check items off while shopping. It took me a while to figure out how to access the application settings and options on 4.4 KitKat. To access you need to hold down the App Draw icon, then the advanced settings and options are displayed.
I use it for everything.
Now works flawlessly with my Samsung Note 4.
I've enjoyed shopper on all my Android devices. I recently upgraded to a Galaxy S5 and thier is no hard menu key so I'm dependant on app menu keys. PLEASE add one. I ve figured a work around when adding items by doing a secerch & adding from there, but adding categorys and such can't seem to be done...
There is no way to get to a list's settings when using 4.4 Kitkat. It means working with defaults and that's not a great experience.
Wow I couldn't figure it out @ first but with their help it is so easy and sync's super fast. This is the best list maker bar none available today. I had it on a Palm Centro and it worked great, when I installed it on my Android it is even better. Recommend this app.
There's no problems with this app, but its poor quality, it don't have any way to backup the database on the phone. You need to pay $10 for the desktop software in order to do backup there's no compare with tomarket.
Seems that this version was thrown together to satisfy customers. Needs a lot of improvement to come close to the Treo version.

I checked sync settings on desktop and preferences in app and the needed lists don't sync.
Often the program will not open properly. Have to retry numerous times.
Been using it for years!
Great app.
Super-dooper!

Loved this App from Palm to Android. But the new Galaxy has no menu button on the phone which means I can't use the App. Overdue update needed desperately!!!
Displays only the pink start-up page, then freezes up. Useless. Uninstalled.
Loved SplashShopper on BB. Many good features, but IS a bit buggy. No issues for me with sync, but do get FC sometimes. Hope to see some updates.(G2X)
I loved this on my palm then again on my windows phone, but seems to freeze upon opening on my DROIDX!
Very buggy. Won't allow me to edit any item with multiple stores. Upgrades lose my category and store fields, so I have to rebuild them, requiring hours of work. Not worth the trouble. I used this app for many years on my Palm pilot, but the Android version is a big disappointment.
Won't sync to galaxy 5. No support, no updates, freezes frequently. Other than that it it's a gem:(

I have been using this app for more then 10 years, starting on my Palm and now on my Samsung 5. It is great with amazing support from the company. I have never found a better application.
