Fayre & Square - Your Rewards

What is the point of an app that requires the Internet to access the offers and your rewards, when there is no wifi in the Fayre and Square pub? Pointless app, going back to using my loyalty card. Cannot book a table for a party of 9 or more when you can access the internet. Why give me the option to book a table for 12 then give an error at the end stating 8 is the maximum you can book for, so annoying. People would like an app to do more than what they can do with a phone call.

I've used this app since the beginning. Never had a problem at all. Some pointers for people that are having problems with barcode scanning.......It should help if you turn your brightness up. Or landscape mode. I use my phone all the time never had a problem....Hope this helps other users.

Scan your card. Input your email. Choose a local pub. Fails to download menu. After trying on numerous occasions and getting nowhere I have uninstalled

Nice app, I can see menus and offers etc and I can see the benefit for spirit in increasing customer engagement and repeat business (it works for me lol). But it takes literally 2 minutes to load on my aged galaxy s3 and it has done for the last few updates. I timed it. It'd be quicker to turn on the PC and go on the website.

Have been using points system for a long time had a problem was sorted straight away thanks to all those involved

Barcode scans but doesn't add the points

Does not work download app registered card now saying it's not registered but when I go to redo it it says it's registered!!

A couple of hours after receiving a reward, it disappears before I have a chance to spend it!

Awful since update just lags and searches not a good advert for the restaurant

Very good app and you can save some money with it and you don't need to scan anything ☺ the bar code is coming up and they scanning the bar code from your phone

Used 31% of my battery even though it was only on focus for 13 seconds. Make sure you manually close at least with the current version.

It has stopped working on my HTC M8 One, since marshmallow update. Please fix as I use it regularly

Never remembers my loyalty card which kind of defeats the point of the app really.

Excellent app I use fayre and square often and I never usually have any issues using the app and collecting my points. So far I have £10 off and I am very impressed.

This app is useless as it keeps asking for my care number and email address rather than storing them for the next time I use it.

I find this app so frustrating!!! I go to fayre and square on a regular basis and can no longer collect reward points. I have accumulated money off but everytime I open the app it is asking me to change my email, so I put a new one in and it just says 'oops something went wrong try again later' useless.

it would be nice if it had a barcode to scan for when you forget to take your card with you.

Does not work so don't bother. Tried many times to register but all you get is oops something went wrong please try again later. Well no I won't. Total crap and am uninstalling.

Works perfectly fine, has a bar code to scan to collect points, a pub list and is easy to navigate with a clear indication of my points collected. Linked to my old card perfectly fine. To those of you having difficult scanning the bar code, turn your screen brightness up full, to those thinking you scan a receipt to collect points....learn how this app works.

Can't even got logged on. Saying I have no Internet.

Won't open waste of space and I've plenty of money to use. Please sort it out

Very good saves having to carry a card. For those having problems with scanning back code check screen brightness is up full.

Great choice of food on the menu love it every time we go to one..

Can't get anything much past the welcome screen on my Samsung Tab 3. Doesn't remember my log in details or allow me to pick my favourite pub... Not good!
