I have installed the app on my nexus 6p with Android 7.0 and the damn app complains I have no data connection although I do... Also doesn't work when I'm up against my router using a strong wifi connection!

Hubby and I both set up an account thinking that was how it worked but then read our emails and just went off of his email....makes it easier for everyone involved. Cute thing and Great Idea!!! Thank you!!!

This product does not work! It can receive a message but no flashing light just a steady light and then the message will not play. It also won't let you record from the teddy. It's a shame, it's a really nice idea, but unfortunately a nice idea doesn't make it work :(.

Error says 'no data connection, failed to connect to toy cloud message server. Check your data connection and try again' . There's nothing wrong with my data connection. I see similar reviews from over a year ago! Why is it still broken? I'm using Android 6 on HTC M8

It keeps telling me i have no data connection. I have both strong data on my phone and also tried our home wifi... what the heck should I do??? Also installed it on an IOS device. Same thing.

Complete waste of money app does not work at all. Complete con because most ppl won't see these reviews about this rubbish app until they have bought the bear!!

iOS app is decent. It at least works where the android app is completely worthless. Won't connect to the toy, can't even log in most of the time.

Can't register because the cloud server is overloaded, also judging by other reviews there is problems with receiving and sending messages.

They list my device as compatible but it will not download the newest release of the app and other reviews are having the same issues with failure to connect.

The app won't even connect to the pet. It just keeps saying "oops pet not found". Someone needs to fix this. It's an absolute rip off!

Worst toy in history says I have no data connection when I try to make an account.. and the price of it is a joke for a piece of garbage that doesn't work.. I'm returning this to the shop..

I'm on wifi so I don't understand how there isn't a data connection. My parents got it for my son so when my husbands at work and gone for a while being a truck driver he could talk to my son but can't even sign it up to begin.

App isn't connecting to server so won't work bought o e for my nice she's really upset cost me $50

WiFi but needs a phone constantly around. False advertising taking back to store for refund. Asap

Tried everything to get it to work but refuses keeps saying I have no data connection which I do everything else on my phone is working and can't appear to get in touch with anyone for help. Really angry what a waste of money this teddy turned out to be.

no one can send messages to it. what a waste of money. and i have a super disappointed child since we are sending it back.

This is a joke. If you succeed sending a message to the toy, after several time the message deletes itself and my kid gets upset. After 1 day, it says there was an error connecting to the toy. And my kid bugs me to fix it, but this app and this toy are a joke! Now I'm stuck with an ugly teddy bear and my kid is upset. If it wasn't a gift from her grandmother I would have throw it to the trash where it belongs.

App doesn't do even the basics it says. App is BIG CRAP ITSELF. My friend gifted this one, but returning it now. Total waste. Thumb down. Thumb down. :-( :-( :-( It must be developer crews if there are anyone giving this app rating of above 1. I wish there was even low rating than 1 in play store.

When I was getting this app I thought I would be great to make this teddy bear work but when I sayed a word (Hello) I paused it and it didn't record the voice and I tryed it again again many times still not working so I deleted it cause no use and that was a waste of money too and at all if you see this reply pls fix it now

Husband got for our 7 year old daughter and I couldn't connect to cloud pet with this app. Downloaded different app on my Samsung galaxy tablet and it connected perfectly. Need to fix this app. Its useless with the cloud pets.

According to this garbage, my devices ( my tablet & my new LGG4) aren't supported on their app so it sends me to some other cloudpets app that is complete crap and nothing is working. I've been patiently attempting to get this to work for over an hour while ignoring the other bad reviews that i had read. They are all right. Don't waste your time or money on this. Great idea, awful execution.

Like everyone else this piece of crap doesn't work. I have the latest version of Android. I've tried four different devices. Still nothing. I'm glad I decided to do this on Christmas Eve before she woke up and came down here and found it under the tree from Santa. Excuse me I have to run put this in the closet it's got to go back to the store.

We bought this for my kids. My husband is a truck driver so we thought it would be great for him to contact The kids or send a message when he wanted. But its not allowing me to connect the app to the pet or isnt useable at all. Also has a real cloud pet app for Apple products. I'm very disappointed and my children are really sad it isn't working. I will be contacting the manufacturer about this joke of a toy they are charging $40 for

Lucky I have to give you a star. The app won't connect to the cloud out.. Wasted my money on buying my child something that don't work. Definitely contacting customer service in the morning.

This app say it works. The directions say it works with 4.5 Android systems. I have 5.0 and it doesn't work!

Bought for my grandsons birthday and it won't work. I wasted good money on something that doesn't work. Very disappointed in this product.

Way too hard to set up app directions that come in box are not the same as what they tell you to do on the phone

This app does not work now I have one child that is very sad! This was a lot of money for the bear that won't work. It will not connect to the toy. Wast of $40.

This is not the cloud pets app! Do not download this app. It is not affiliated with cloud pets! This is an app fishing for email addresses and passwords and must be reported. Change your password if you downloaded this app!

This product was so promising for many situations, however, in actuality it ended up disappointing my husband and daughter.

The android app doesn't work at all... And the Apple app is silly. They really should have thought the whole concept out a bit better.

Doesn't deserve 1star. I can't connect the toy to the app. I want this fixed. So unhappy.

Website says different directions than in package or on app. No way to register toy on app- conflicting directions. Therefore app can't connect with toy.
