CloudPets App

This would be a great app if it actually consistently worked. At first my husband would have to delete and reinstall the app just to get it to send a msg and half the time that didn't work. Mind you this is a huge app so it uses a ton of his data, but it's something our girls look forward to so he continues to do this. I thought that it was maybe his phone( galaxy s5), but now I've been having to delete and reinstall myself just to get it to work. Battery life in the toys are crazy short, it drains it fast so if the kid isn't going to see the msg soon I'd advise not to send it until right before the kid will notice. I'd haven't even been getting notifications anymore when I have a msg. It isn't until mu husband let's me know he sent msgs that I'm aware. I love the concept, but it'd be great if it wasn't such a hassle to get it to work right.

Will not pair up to either my phone or tablet PC. It's a good idea but alot more thinking and work needs to be done. you think they would do better for the cost ..... Very disappointing

Bought ZTE obsidian for my kids to use with their Cloudpets. Before the update, the icons on the bottom would not show up, making the app useless to them. After the update, all seems to be working fine and my kids love it.

Bought this for my kids because I work a lot of late night's and I wanted to be able to say good night but the app keeps crashing, the pet has problems connecting and you have to be within a certain distance to even connect, so this product is a good thought but has absolutely no execution. It just ends up being an over priced stuffed animal

Never smoothly syncs with pet. Always receiving at least 4 error messages before a successful sync. Very disappointed.

My husband works out of town so we bought this for our son as a way for goodnight messages to be sent. Though it seems like a great idea, in the hour that we've had the toy set up it's already messed up multiple times. The lullabys played great for the first few minutes, then it made a very messed up, scrambled noise. My phone and the toy keep getting disconnected. I hope they can fix the problems sometime soon.

Piece of crap! Downloaded app & followed instructions but cannot connect to the toy. Tried numerous times. Child was very disappointed. FIX THE PROBLEM TO SPARE OTHER KIDS DISAPPOINTMENT! Wanted to return the unicorn but my child was willing to play with it. Don't buy a Cloud Pet unless your kid's willing to play with it even without the feature working.

There was no instruction what so ever about how to get to that page with the bear itself on it , definitely needs to be more instruction. I can listen to messages just fine most the time, but when it comes to listening to the songs and stories it will download a little bit and then say it's lost connection. Then the bear will play a couple seconds of the song and make a loud terrible noise. The app itself is huge. Takes forever to download and wants to download 3 or 4 things within the app to. Disappointed.

My step daughter sent this to my daughter, her little sister. Got the app all set up but when we went to try it the first time it said app has unfortunately stopped working and closed out. Now that's all it does. I can't get to anywhere in the app beyong the dirt title screen. Uninstalling it & downloading it again is very frustrating since its such a big app. Both my WiFi & my mobile data has a limit. All the reviews are bad. Looks like this was a mistake. Another kid disappointed.

Worked great until the last update. Now the heart wont stop blinking and it scares my child. She has cried over and over again over her unicorn, which she used to love.

Bought these for my kids while their dad is away on business. We haven't tried the long distance messaging but I've ran tests with my account. The songs were a bit buggy as the previous reviews stated, but if you press the blue hand every 10 to 15 percent it keeps the Bluetooth active and completes the loading and downloads it properly without the creepy buzzing. I do wish there were more games included and wish they had their own animal sounds.

Tried to connect with two different devices and it won't connect! My daughter is so disappointed and so am I. A toy so expensive should work properly.

It's been working for months since the update I can't send or receive messages and the light blinks constantly.

I like the app but it does not work on my gfs galaxy s3 even tho the page says it would work but no it dont

Wont connect and when it does says it is ypdating almost everytime a doest play anything waste of money anf time

First there was the buzzing issue. Now the heart will keep flashing. Or just stay lit when a song or message is sent to it. The buzzing thing scared my daughter out of a dead sleep. So she is already afraid of her bear now and she just warmed up to it again. And now the heart light doesn't work properly.

My children can't receive or listen or record apps on their cloud pets they both are hooked up ready to go apps downloaded but not working fix your errors

Have downloaded this twice now. Keeps closing. Won't even download to my phone at all. Had top use my mom's. Go to record a message and it shuts down

I consistently have trouble trying to get messages and get uploads to the pet. It eventually works but it takes several tries.

This is a neat idea and it works but the app needs a lite version that takes up less space on your device. Or make the stories, lullabies and games an additional option.

I do not like how the heart light continuously blinks when the cloud pet is on. It's distracting for my baby!! And I find it quite annoying!! On top of that, the music glitches 90% of the time!! Even after I turn it off for at least 30 seconds, then turn back on.

I got this and read over some of the negative reviews dreading my buy. HOWEVER this was not the case it is strait forward and easy to use,I am very pleased with the app and product. I am sure my baby will love this for her first birthday.

Was working wonderfully but now it doesn't work at all :'( please fix this my daughter is very upset.

And I haven't even installed the batteries. I thought it just needed internet close by. My 6 year old doesn't have a phone and I am not going to tie up someone else's with an app for her bear. I got it on cleanance but still paid $20. Don't think I can return it and her birthday is Wednesday....

My kids love their cloud pet but the app needs work. I can never send messages it takes sometimes more than 10 tries. Amazing idea poor execution

Everytime I try to record a message it says unfortunately Cloud Pets has stopped just bought her Cloud Pet today and just now downloaded the app my phone meets all the requirements needed for it to work but it in fact does not work.

But wouldn't work on my iPad. I would love to be able to save the messages from my grand kids...anyone know if there's a way?

You need a pin to pair it to Bluetooth and it's not connecting

Every time I go to open it it says unfortunately cloud pets has stopped and it says report it and want let me do that either.

Doesn't send my messages, force closes and rabbit keeps making creepy noises instead of playing the message.

it's a great idea if the app wouldn't crash every time i open it! it's very frustrating.. please fix and make it better!! thanks

Can't even get it to connect half the time and resetting it is not helping at all

Every since I updated the cloud pet it's had a software malfunction an the heart keeps blinking an now it won't play sounds well what can I do thanks

It worked up until it did an update now it makes the horrible sound no matter how many times I reset it. I am not happy nor is my little boy. I highly recommended this to everyone I talked to because it worked so well. Now I have told everyone not to waste money on it.

For the amount of money I paid per pet I excepted them to be better. First I had trouble connecting my second child's. (Unknown error) Now I'm having trouble sending a friend request. (Unknown error again). I'm also having trouble sending messaging to the pet. Please fix these issues. My sons really like their cloud pets and I don't want them to be disappointed!

Keeps stopping on my phone. My wife downloaded it on her phone and then had to do a factory reset and now she can't download it because it says her device isn't compatible even tho she had the app and it was working not even an hour before...

Would not perform firmware update. Using Android phone and pad.
