Fees go up, app doesn't get better. They now want $100 when it was only $50 the first year, $60 for the second. I emailed them regarding this and have gotten no response. App does nothing I can't do already with key fob as I'm never really that far from my vehicle, nor has the app improved in the last couple of years compared to other remote starts.

It works once configued/programmed properly, but.......Where is the menu button? No panic? Geofence? Live tracking? Lacks features available with other brands.

I love my app and my alarm. I would like something unorthodox that the remote start would work like a start button. So that I would not meet to use my key. But, that's a wish. Everything works as expected and it saves time and is safe.

I used to have geo fence and several other features. They are now gone. No settings for audio or anything. Just vibrate. Please restore previous features. Price has risen. . yet features decreased
