Not accurate at all. Best thing to do if you want an update on your case is to go directly into the nearest uscis office. The 800 number sucks Too! They told me my case was in Kansas when I know it's been in California since end of last year!!

The only thing useful is how many days the case is active. I rarely get updates on similar cases maybe, once a week if that. The information for my case only reminds me of an appt 3 months ago that was already taken care of, but nothing new, not even that it is being processed somewhere. I only have this app in hopes of an update soon, not looking likely.

Great app! For developers, it would be great to have case comparison feature with cases prior to yours as well to get a better sense of the timeline. In addition, in the pie graphics, a key to understand what the different statuses indicated would be helpful

Been waiting for over two months for ours case to be sent to the department of State but nothing. We got worried and thought you lost our documents so we called. This app isn't working good. Don't rely. I Always call them.

I like the number count of how many days since the case was received! A lot of alerts pop up but they were easy to turn off!

Good App in fact I just want to know my case but always get similar case.

App refuses to open. After trying to open, dialogue box: "Unfortunately, USCIS app has stopped working" Impossible to get past this. Update: I reinstalled months after I wrote previous comment and now works. I luv the updates it sends me for similar cases moving forward.
