@Erick - That's because you don't have the parent app installed, like it clearly states in the description. This app will not do anything without Popup Notifications installed. We have NO record of anyone named Erick having had purchased Popup Notifications. We have also tested the app on a device like yours and it works perfectly, provided you have the parent app installed. Also, before rating so low, if you need help with the app, try contacting us first.
