Fanfiction Reader

I am in love with your app but there is one problem I have continuously had with this app. When I go to add my stories to my favorites and follows it says that it did, but it actually never did. So I usually have to go on to the site and look up whatever story I was reading and then favorite and follow it. If it is possible to do something about this I would rate this a five star and love you forever.

This app has been such a Godsend for fanfic readers like me. It's so easy to use. Great format, really. Just a few problems, though. I keep getting logged off for some reason? I have to check it every other day to make sure I'm still logged on and that my favorites still get added. There's also the issue of my reviews that don't get posted sometimes. And the search function in my library doesn't work for me.

I get logged out constantly, and I've yet to find rhyme or reason behind it. PLEASE implement a login link on the home screen so I don't have to wait until my other pages load (which the favorites/library options don't). Half of my reviews don't post, and the others are always under Guest. I really want to like this app, but most of its functions just... don't.

I have loved this app for a couple of years now, this most recent update has caused my FF Reader to not update my library. It goes through the motions of downloading the updated stories, but it does not reflect the recent updates once I refresh My Library. Please fix and I will go back to 5-Stars.

This version officially messed the app up, as far as I'm concerned. At first the filter tab was a blank white box with the search button not even working, then updating the stories became impossible, and now I can't even open my library without the app force-closing itself.

I Love Your App and I use It for a Couple A years now but after the update I Try to Log In using my Gmail Account but it always said that java script is disabled but the javascript is enabled on my phone and also When I tried to update the stories in the Library they are not updating, I need to remove the story and add it again. I thought that my Tablet has a problem but I think this App has a little bit problem . Please if there has any problem , please fix this , thanks

Since the last update every time I try to update a story it acts like it downloads the new chapters but when you try to open file to read the new chapter the chapter is not there...some of my books have tons of chapters to download and the programmer is not replying after two weeks.

However, is it just my internet access or is it a little difficult to download stories sometimes? Because even if 30/30 chapters are finished, it still doesn't move to download another story which is in queue. Other than that I love it. Keep up the good work. :)

I love the app. I've been using it for years now. I just hope you can add a sign in account so that we wont have trouble reading stories from multiple devices and one shot filter. But other than that, it's awesome!!!

This is the first time that I've had difficulties with this app. I really love it because it seriously helps me read fics better until recently. I press the update all button and it says in my notifs that there are stories that have been updated and now downloaded. But when I go to my libraries, there's no new chapters. When I open the site in chrome, there are new chapters but the app won't download them. Please fix this. I really really love this app and I use it all the time.

Stories that I already downloaded cannot be updated, but new stories can be downloaded just fine. If you fix it, this app will be the greatest fan fiction reader app. I use the app with android 4.0 tablet. Is it about android version that makes me cannot update stories or some other things?

Whenever I update all books it re-downloads all of them. Nothing wrong, right? Wrong, it tells me which ones have been updated though it doesn't download the new chapters. In order to get the updated version of the fanfiction I have to delete the story off of my books, find it again and re-download it. It's time consuming and gets confusing as well. I do believe this app is still one of the best but I've waited around a month for any sort of fix, but there hasn't been a single update :/ I continue to hope.

The app won't work today. I've had it for a really long time but this is the first moment that it keeps on saying 'failed to connect to server'. I have full connectivity and all my other apps are working...

Love this app to death, however recently whenever I update anything in my library, despite telling me my stories have updated, the new chapters never show up. If i can get a fix for this I would gladly change to 5 stars

Recently, when i open a downloaded story, some comes up with an error. Also, under My Library, you guys should keep the list when we backtrack from the story so we dont hv to keep rolling down all the time (am i making sense here??) I suggest adding a read/unread filter so i can easily access to my unread stories. Btw great job guys :-*:-*

Used this app on my five y/o 2nd phone bc it supports that version unlike the official app. I was actually quite surprised at how good at reading it was on a phone that old (even if there's no login -.- ). The problem with it's when filtering, all names are invisible, except for when you enter a category & tap an option (e.g. I'm looking for a HP fanfic. Filter, guess which is fandom, guess which is HP by tapping & dragging.) I hope that made sense..

Simple, easy to use with filters that are less clunky to use than the actual website. The app and downloaded fics don't take up much space either which is a huge problem in the other apps I tried for fanfics.

Hey! I absolutely adore the app! I've been using it for a few years and I just love it. Although recently, I've been having a problem. When I browse for a story, there are some stories that I can't read because when I try to open it, it would always be "file not found". The same thing happened when I updated my library! At first I could open the stories like usual but when i try to go to the next chapter, it says "file not found". So far, removing the story and adding it back seems to work, but sadly not all the time. I hope it's just because of my Internet connection, but if not, I hope this could be fixed as soon as possible.

i have always liked your app and have been using it for more than a year i think. save for a few bugs my experience was flawless... i would like to suggest that if possible you can add a messenger chathead type of interface so that we can read fanfiction while listening to youtube or while waiting for a page/video to load.

I love this app to death, I would wish for cloud storage based on Google accounts, but that's probably asking too much. I am however, finding that I can't access any Naruto crossover sections by going through the Naruto section first. I could go and look through a specific section's Naruto, but it's tedious, so 4 stars.

Oh come on! I've been waiting for ages for the new update to fix the problem (failure in updating story in my library)!!! It's really troublesome to delete the newly updated story(dy download it in my library previously) and to download it back again just to read the new update!!! Fix it pls...!!!

I've tried several fanfic apps and this one is my favorite, because i can make the text bigger so it's less strain on my eyes. But the only two themes are very harsh on the eyes. If it could possibly have a sepia it would be great.

I really love it but for some reason it shuts down completely when I try to read crossovers. Im not sure how to fix this without uninstalling and losing all my saved stories. If someone knows how to fix this id gladly chage the rating to 5 (and so i can actually read them on my phone) :)

Been using this app for quite some time but it's acting up right now. I can't back up my downloaded files :(

Has the option to select download storage to SD card but gets error that the files cannot be found. No error if download storage or path is just internal memory.

Im not sure whats going on but im having trouble when i try to got to the next chapter. I touch the Next Chapter button thing and instead of moving to the next one, it says File Not Found and it gives me a little Retry button. Again not sure if its the app or my phone or whatever but pleeeeease fix this please. (Whatever happens just fyi this still is my favorite app on the play store!)

The updates are nice but whenever I back up my stories and restore them again, most of the fanfics ive downloaded are being deleted or file error. Pls fix this. Thanks

This app works on my tablet, but I am not able to login on my phone, so no stories load and it is useless. Bummer, I like reading stories using this page .

It won't let me download any more stories. Every time I try it says file not found. Can you please see if you can do anything to fix that? Thank you.

You can save and follow authors or stories. You can browse, but there are limitations. Writers cannot access the full length of their accounts. This is certainly a reader friendly app, as the name suggests.

This has become the first app I install on any device, backing up and restoring from SD works 90% of the time, it's customizations is really KISS while covering everything needed. One of few apps I wouldn't have minded paying for.

This app has gone from five stars to two in the last four months as i can't update any of the stories on it. It keeps saying can't connect to the server. Either fix it or i will uninstall the app

Nice addition in this update..maybe in future update u can add function to mark 1 or 2 or all to fav n follow in 'MY LIBRARY' or make that fav n follow in menu is offline...it hard to know which fic already fav n follow..i don't wanna miss next update of my fanfic..hope u can consider it...tq

There are many features on this app that make it far better than ffnets official reader and it lacks the features that make the official app feel bloated and overly annoying to use

I love this app, however I would like you to add the sort opinions of searching the 'word' length of a fanfic as I sometimes want to reread or read a long fanfic. Also is there a way to make when looking for a crossing you downloaded easier to find as e.g. I have to put in type:crossover and category:harry potter, if I want a harry potter x avenger fanfic however I would need to search for those fic with other crossovers, is there a way to have it easier to find a certain crossover? Still I love this app, I am just nit picking as it takes a long time to look for a certain crossover as I have many.

It does many of the same things as the actual FFN app, but in a much simpler way. A word of warning, though; sometimes, a story will be updated, but the new chapter cannot be accessed if you've downloaded the story. When that happens, you have to delete it and download the story again. It's a minor nitpick, as it doesn't happen too often.

The app that lets me read anywhere without a wifi connection made me download this app instantly! The only problem in that I cannot update any story now, only getting a "file not found" notification at the end of a mass update.

The app is great for me, but everytime I update a story, the number of chapters stayed the same despite the progress bar showing new chapters. So I have to delete the story and download it again. Any thoughts?

Awesome app but I'm not able to back up the stories that I've downloaded. It shows an unknown error and promptly stops. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible

It's the best app for fanfiction but I can't update stories anymore and I can't enter the library with out it crashing. Best app but something went wrong
