Screen Time Monitor is a highly beneficial app for teens and children who overuse screens in their lifestyle. The app activates whenever the user’s device is started. Using Bluetooth, it records the time the user spends on up to three other devices, and displays total daily screen times in a table organized by week or month. Along with helpful tips on reducing screen usage, the app teaches the deleterious effects of screen overuse including future health problems. To inform the user when their screen time limit is passed, the app alerts the user with notifications
