Was impressed with this until it asked me to buy time. Tell me before i start using it. I think this is a big shame. Also asked a different question it goes to the same person there must be more experts.

It glitches too often and after I paid for an unlimited amount of chats, the app and website tells me to pay for more??? Nah, screw that. I already paid.. you are robbing people.

It's good but it wont let me sign in when I put in my info and it should let you send pictures of whatever your question is because every question is not always a word problem.

This app is a life saver. It's wonderful. Every answer I need is in the palm of my hand. ** the only issue is today it started crashing and I can't even open it and it would be great if you could Implement a feature where I can send files to the person helping me through my phone gallery.

Very poor expert selection. I almost asked myself if I am still ,,alive" on Sphere due permanent absence of any assignments from a lot of announced inquiries. Asked for this issue to be solved, but after 6 months of insisting requests, nothing from developers.
