Good initiative from the government. In general, emergency application such as this should be well tested for all platforms before releasing to the public. However, the application is not working on Android 8 with the latest patch level for October 2017. It crashes when I clicked on the Emergency SMS. Feel free to contact me if you need more details.

GPS keeps running even though not being opened at all, even after restarting the phone. Battery drainer.

Can't even attach a screen shot on the app. Splicing webpages into the app and call it a service is really a short cut not worth the tax payers money

I'VE sent in my report at 12.32am till now at 1.03am there is no police officer who came to settle the stupid noisy Thai neighbour who is singing n talking super loudly at this hour!

What a waste of time application is this! This application supposed to be user friendly to encourage public to submit report anytime and anywhere. However, this application open very slowly and the screen is not user friendly for mobile phone. Not to mention they could not allow user to attach anything from mobile phone. The choose button is sooooo useless. What's the point of having online submission when e-submission of evidence is not functioning. It took me 10 mins to finish all the tabs to reach this stage that the whole submission is useless whereby it took me less than 3 mins to submit using computer. If that's the case, might as well tell public upfront this application don't have attachment function!

Poor quality of app reliability. Unable to submit report.

App can't function sufficiently for me to report an ongoing traffic violation. Deleting the app but keeping the picture just in case.

Different to log an issue. Received a sms prompt online gambling. Thought can log a report. No easy to opt.

They didnt update daily crimes to the map how we see how we can be alert

Useful app! Pls continue to improve. How about Whatsapp number if we can send video and pictures as well as location map for crime scene or suspicious activities.

you used to be able to locate all NPPs and NPCs and get their contact numbers... why was this feature removed????

It crashed on my Sony Z5. My Android OS is currently 6.0. Wonder if it is a compatibility issue..
