Andy is a naughty car. He always drive recklessly and does not obey the rules on the road. He once almost smashed up with Mr. Wheeler, Kelly and Joey. After that, Mr. Wheeler teaches Andy the importance of following the traffic lights for road crossing. Will Andy become a nice car that obeys the traffic rules after listening to Mr. Wheeler?
