I used to love this app because I could monitor my connection and actually reset it from anywhere. Now, the app says to unplug the modem. Which is easy enough except when you're not next to the modem. Please bring this back because I need this and a lot recently since my modem received a firmware update and loses connection quite often. An added feature that should be considered is displaying modem up time or length of active connection.

Your app is NOT up to date w/the normal bill that I have which causes me to be very much behind on my original bill. I wldnot recommend to be view until u see your paper bill 1st. Be careful & protect urslf bcuz they will not help or call until u c that ur svc has been cutoff. But Thank God I spoke to one of thee best reps who looked out for me 4 my best interest & I'm grateful!

Overall layout is user friendly and has an elegant look to it. So far I have just paid my bill. Changing my service options I have not a clue how usefully this app will be. If you need to pay your bill,get the app and forget the Web page login!

This app is o.k. I can normally do what I need to do. Freezes at times. If my cable and Internet worked this well I would be much happier. Cable, Internet, phone work intermittently. I have had multiple service calls and still have problems. I agree with Consumers Reports review, not very good service. I do not like the fact someone came in and put that this review was for a older version. This review was done in October and reviewed and updated on 12/17/16. Still having the same problems.

This garbage app has much room for improvement. I can comfortably say anyone could make make it more optimized and less clutter on tyne tab screen. You have all these options but can't use any of it cause the app crashes on you constantly.

I love that I can pay my bill through the app. However, I do NOT like the fact that half the time when I try to go in and pay my bill or view my usage the app stops working and boots me out. I also have a hard time doing anything else on the app otherwise it boots me out or freezes up. Love the convenient bill pay, but please fix it or make it better for actually looking at your account

As a bill paying app it definitely serves its purpose well and other than a few technical issues (sometimes has trouble loading or crashes) here and there I haven't had any real problems with it.

This app is so easy to use.. It keeps me up to date with everything I need to know about my account.. If I'm having any issues I just pull up the app for help.. I can pay, view my bill, and even contact mediacom with this app.

Spent 50 mins on hold waiting for someone just to be transferred to wait another 15min then after all of that she was a jerk. Are u kidding me.my wife heard how the lady was being.where do u get these people working for this company.im sick and tired of mediacom I will be looking into another provider if something doesn't happen

Mediacom sucks. Customer service is a joke I can cannot even begin to complain enough about. Issues? That sucks, deal with it. Speeds can be great, or okay, or bad, or not there at all. Never really know. Bill? Not the most expensive but you never really know what the bill will be. I'm on my 4th bill of this contract and my bill has increased each month with no reason or explanation. The application itself is so poorly designed. It once made two payments when i tried to submit, which "couldn't" be fixed

I like the app. Except for the fact that it constantly shoves your bill in your face. If I want to know my balance I can click on that option. Get it off of the home screen. Makes me and others feel like your cash cows instead of people.

Slow, unresponsive. Will forget any information (usernames, etc) at any time. At least the automated phone system only wastes some of my time, not all of it.

Let's you pay bill, reset modem and check usage and helps diagnose any problems that can be fixed via app or will connect you to customer service who I've used and are super helpful.

Works well when it's logged in. I like this app for the most part, but it could use some improvements. An alert notification would be nice a few days prior to the due date. Also, the app seems to log itself out, making the notifications useless unless you check periodically. An additional email would be nice if you're no longer receiving a paper statement.

This app isn't too bad so far. One thing I did notice that could be improved was that when I needed to update my debit card information there was no edit option. I had to delete it and reenter the things it already had with the updated information.

The last version of this app was good. I could make a payment and it would show up right away, now I have to call with the confirmation to verify that the payment showed up and the person I talk to can never find it.

This app allows you to pay your bill and that's about it all Mediacom wants is your money and that's all they put into their app if you want to pay your bill this is the app for you if you want to do anything else with your account good luck

Having to explicitly log out and then exit twice is obnoxious. I'd also like a less obtrusive thumb twiddling indicator than blanking the screen and displaying a row of flashing "lights". I guess it does what one needs, but the ui isn't fun, and the way it doesn't seem to reflect payments until the end of the month is confusing.

Well I like that I can pay my bill and it is convenient in that respect. Checking on anything else is subject to the cable working properly. So if I am trying to see if there is an outage and there is.....it is a joke!

You cannot contact mediacom from the app, it will give you a number to call only. It says I'm set up on autopay, yet it never works. The only usefulness I've found is that I can see our data usage. And I have a digital record of the statements, although they always mail them even though I checked paperless.

The bill pay process is fairly easy. When I try to move throughout the app (like reviewing past bills and usage), I have to reopen it multiple times and it is slow to respond.

Crashes constantly. Not up to date. Can't pay my bill or change my billing account from the app because it always has "technical errors". Haven't been able to log in to the app for a week, but can log in to my account in a browser just fine.

Outdated, and slow. You can charge outrageous amounts for your cable/internet. Invest some if that into a decent product.

Bill payment is a breeze. Sometimes the app freezes up and it won't load the whole day sometimes, but when it works, it's awesome

Useful for checking your data usage and how much you owe on your bill and outages. Not useful for anything else. After the last update some in app buttons have ceased functioning.

It works pretty well, but I'm not sure why it makes me log out after saying my session expired. If my session expired, then I should already be logged out.

The app is pretty slow sometimes, and it has a LOT of options, but not in a good way. Most of the options could be consolidated just for a cleaner looking menu, and outside of making a payment there's never really any reason to use the app. The Outage Checker doesn't seem to update very quickly to reflect real time outages that last for shorter than an hour or so, and considering those are the bulk of the outages Mediacom experiences in my area it's basically useless. Still, it's easy to pay your bill.

The app always says it is experiencing technical difficulties when I try to contact a service representative. Also, very slow.

Can't chat... calls over seas, and they have no clue... Also DOES NOT reset modem.. guy down a few doesn't know better.

I have tried numerous times to use this. Every time I check on the button to troubleshoot the internet connection, it brings up the phone with Mediacom's number and I can never get it to return to the app... tried many times over months. I have to uninstall and reinstall ot again... so not worth the trouble. (Samsung Galaxy Egde 6 Plus)

UPDATE 4/9/16, I made a payment earlier this week thru the mobile app. Not only did I not get a confirmation number, but my bank rejected the payment because they couldn't tell where the payment was going to. Because of this, Mediacom disconnected my service; no phone call, no warning, just disconnected. Very dissatisfied!
