Terrible service I bought a card today put 20 euros on it for something I need to buy today now it has taken money from my bank account and telling me there is no account registered to me... rang 3 customer care and they told me I can't speak to anyone to resolve the matter for two days..... seriously considering leaving three altogether as it's just problem after problem with them

Still terrible money disappears then reappears for no reason. Can't do simple transfer from dd card because they want ridiculous amount of info. Such a basic thing a card should do. You can't set up a direct debit for bills you need to keep tab on. It's not a 02 money card for sure oh such happy memories a proper prepay card. Don't get me started on the top up nonsense grrrrr

This app is OK for checking your balance or topping up on the go without the need for a laptop. However there is a couple of issues that could be improved upon such as giving the option of more information on transactions made. It should also be noted that money in your balance sometimes goes into negative and then back to positive. This should not be the case as you can't spend anymore than you have on the card. The other issue is, top up fees, if you want to top up by €500 you have to do two separate top ups, why can't this be just one? Be also mindful folks that there is a monthly fee charged to your account too on top of the top up fees. An OK app that does an adequate job but could be much better. 3 stars.

It's saying my card is locked the first time trying to log in. Why though? I just got the card today

App is ok for checking the balance on your card but transaction history does not show enough detail.

Easy to use esspecialy top up! I set it up and get working in few minutes! 5star . For people who have problems there is a excellent customer service .

Never had any trouble with this app. Only issue I have is the top up code its hard to tell the difference between 0 and O

Really bad performing app. Very unstable and slow. Doesn't work first time ever.

This app used to work great but now every time I try to log in it tells me "An error occurred while verifying your details" I've tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work.

This is better when 02 had it fix it quick. Useless

Login is hit & miss & it awkward having to go to a 3 outlet to top it up.

I got an email saying that the card was for free if you top up €20, I did but they charged me for it anyway

The app is a joke even from beginning when they make you chose the password the card looks like a toy for 3 year old the minimum top up is 20 euro (on o2 was even 1 euro) the whole app looks ridiculous its not user frendly that wallet crap is useless and at the end you cannot exit the app u have to end it from the android program files Reply to you : No you can't! Liars stop sending this feedback u idiots ur app is a peace of crap u cannot change the password the password security is stupid cant use it

Won't let me log in, keeps telling me that an error occurred while logging in and the latest on screen message is telling me my card is blocked! I logged in through the website and it's fine so your app is obviously not working. So much for fixing the bugs!!

Nothing like the O2 Money Card application, can't enter voucher codes* and no details of the transactions. Help line not working optimally, connection to agents doesn't work*. Items * are working ok now Thanks but more improvements necessary, a work in progress

App works perfectly, don't know what everyone's complaining about! I don't like that you have to enter the password every time you want to check your balance, but I can live with that, the app is perfectly functional otherwise

Keeps saying pin wrong. .won't log in. The 02 much batter app to be honest

I always had a 02 money card that I could top up in the shop immediately, I don't like the fact that you have get a topup voucher, if you lose it you have lost your money basically and a piece of paper is easily lost, make the card the same as the 02 card was makes life easier.

I wanted 82 Euro from my account onto this card and it took 246 Euro instead

This app gets worse and worse. I now can't view bank details when I was able to THIS MORNING before the update. You can't view them on the website and for some reason they're gone from the app. And I have no interest in going onto the forum to discuss the problem.

Not the greatest of apps 02 money app worked better don't know what three have done to it toping up with the voucher is OK but after that the app experience stops there can't see what you have spent your money on only demestic charge what the he'll is that and get out of the app is a nightmare have to use the phones system to get out of it yes you can log out of it but clearing it from your screen is none existing for God sake you think a company as big as three would sort this out and make the app work???

3 Mths now waiting to see my transaction history and all the while fees are being deducted. Terrible App and terrible service. Previous review: So terribly slow - if and when possible it takes an age to view transaction history - probably an attempt to boost 3G/4G revenues!

Decided to put a tenner down the drain the other day by purchasing one of your cards. You failed to advertise or inform in advance your ridiculous price additions... €3 to top up by €70 .... When paying the 9.99 fee of the card you are also forced to top up €20, €20 which is constantly robbed from you when performing transantions on the card, also the service is provided by MasterCard, which in the era of visa is a bit out dated?! VERY DISAPPOINTED

I put the correct email and password in and it keeps saying wrong password or email. And I can login to the website. that is the only reason I am giving this app 1 star.

App is useless, keeps saying error occurred when trying to log in.

The app works fine now the only thing I would say is I can't top up it wanted photos etc witch i sent from the app ,I sent them the second time and still no sign of any reply so I can't top up now and I Rely on this App to pay my bills etc motor tax etc looks like I may forget it and use my my real card ,I taught that this money card was made for this reason in avoiding Theft on line of a real credit card etc

Transaction history doesnt show any information. Just says domestic or international purchase?????
