Specsavers Hearing Check for Android
This is not a full test and doesn't claim to be. Very basic but I would say pretty good. I am deaf in one ear and poor in the other....this did say that I would benefit from a full test and had significant loss.
Told me my hearing was normal, but I know it's not. Very poor test, inaccurate
Don't understand the negative comments. User is invited to adjust initial volume before starting
Of course it does not work with Bluetooth headsets, they don't have the range to be accurate for hearing testing !
Shut Your Mouth If Your Too Arrogant To Use Your Brains its a hearing test when u go and have it done in person do u have headphones/earphones on
I suffer with bad tinitus and hearing loss, but this app says my hearing is normal, not what the NHS says?
Does not recognise my headphones... They are not cheap ones that I am using... I know I have an issue with my hearing but can't afford to pay for hearng test at the moment, so guess I will have to find alternative app that will convince me that I should go and pay for a hearing checkup... thus app has put me off seeing a boots hearing specialist as it look like they are just after money.
Starts a bit loud apart from that was nice and simple. Slider was perhaps a little too sensitive.
everytime I tried to listen to the lady talking the traffic was louder so I turned it down but couldn't hear properly. And the result I got was that my hearing is normal !!!! I was already told at specsavers that I've got a problem with one ear. Sm uninstalling it.....:-(:-(
Volume level at zero when app says it maximises it turns it off so makes the app unusable
Does not recognise that Bluetooth headphones are attached. V. Poor.
Doesn't work with Bluetooth headset
No support for bluetooth headphones... great
think I'm more deaf after taking this test
Doesn't recognize the presence of high end Bluetooth headsets
Doesn't detect Bluetooth headphones
Does what it says on the tin
Totally inaccurate

WARNING: Does not support bluetooth connected (stereo) earphones. Why no support for bluetooth stereo or, at least a warning before download??? So, downloading, installing and running this app was all just a waste of my time (and now uninstalling!).
It didn't work.
Very good thanks specsavers :)
Very good
Useless
Why does the starting point of the test have to be at such a high volume. This is a somewhat brief and vague test. There are far more comprehensive tests online that also won't hurt your ears.
I did not experience the 'blows your ears off effect' ,perhaps this is dependent on one's hearing! Very quick and simple to use.
Un installing straight away as it does not recognise Bluetooth headset. Only read previous reviews which mention this after I tried. Lesson learnt!!
Doesn't detect that I've got Bluetooth headphones attached. How incredibly stupid is that!
Does not recognise I'm using Bluetooth headphones
Do Not put headphones in your ears at start of check!!! The App forces volume to max, and will blow your ears off! If you're not deaf now, you will most certainly be deaf after using this app! There should be a warning on App! Ridiculously stupid App, risk of damaging hearing! Do not recommend

Why insist on starting the test at full volume? If I wasn't losing my hearing before this then I definitely am now. Would it not be more sensible to start it at middle volume and then either get the user to increase or decrease the volume until it is at a comfortable level?? And after closing the app, when I went to listen to my music my volume level was left at 100% causing my ears to explode. Ridiculous.
Ignore the negative comments that complain that the app starts on high volume it does not. It opens up at mid volume level and can be adjusted up or down. Plugged in a pair of noise reduction headphones and completed test in under two minutes.
When the maximum volume isn't selected at its maximum, then the test is inconclusive. The test should continue so that there is a conclusion regardless of the sound level selected. This makes the app unfair.
I has identified I have hearing loss in left ear . So it's not bad as it can't test properly it can only give a rough idea.the volume as high as it goes didn't seam load to me
Doesn't work as you adjust your volume to hear properly you then can't click continue. You have to put it back to maximum volume which you started with. Very odd app.
I have hearing loss and wear a hearing aid. This app told me I have normal hearing. Did the developer even test this on the hard of hearing?
I have hearing loss. However, after taking the test it told me my hearing was normal!!! I wish!
Doesn't work with Bluetooth headset.

Refuses to work unless you plug in headphones, doesn't understand Bluetooth headphones, waste of time
