7 Day Full Workout - The workouts are a collection of simple daily exercise challenges, where you do a set number of exercises each day with rest days thrown in! The workouts increases intensity slowly and the 7 Day Full workout will test anyone. The app is suitable for both men and women of any ages and any fitness levels. Start of at the beginner level and work your way up to advanced!
The High intensity 7 day workout helps to lose weight, tone muscles, burn fat and improve cardiovascular health.
Workouts included:
Abdominal (3/4 sit ups, Airbike, Bottoms up, Cross-body crunch, Plank, Side Plank)
Chest (Alternating Floor press, Barbell bench press, Cross over, Decline barbel bench press)
Biceps (Burbell Curl, Concentration curls, Alternate hammer curl)
Shoulders (Seated dumbbel press, Reverse flyes, Power partials, Kettlebell thruster)
Legs (Side lunges, Barbel squat, Jumping jack)
Back (Bent-over barbell rows, Pull-ups, Seated cable rows)
Triceps(Parallel-bar dips, Lying dumbbell extensions, Pushdowns)
Calves (Standing calf raises, Seated calf raises, Donkey calf raises)

The 7 day full workout exercises allow you to train your abdominal muscles, chest muscles, your butt, thighs, and Legs, arms and shoulders.
