IP Pro for Android
App was working fine now it just freezes at the blue load screen and does nothing. I have uninstalled 3 times and re downloaded 3 times still does the same thing. Please fix the problem.

Keeps stopping! Need to fix it this time. It's a good app. except for stopping.

PLEASE READ!!! rewriting my previous comment. ok I have been frustrated because of the constant disconnected prompt when I want to view my cameras on my smart phone. the developer of the app does constant updating to enhance the app. the problem it still doesn't connect SOLUTION!!! since app is being updated what I did was UNPLUG THE NVR WAIT FOR FEW SECONDS AND PLUG IT BACK IN. this solved the issue of unable to view cameras on my smartphone!!!
We have had this app for 3 days and have had nothing but issues with it. It doesn't open half the time, and when it does..the cams won't load right or not at all. .this app really sucks. I think it's from a foreign country anyway..the directions are half assed..not clear and doesn't tell you how to fix a issue. We bought the camera system because it has a app with it. This app makes the equipment obsolete in my opinion. ..fix your damn app, will ya
Would be a great app except for the following reasons..... PLEASE FIX ...... 1. NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE AND PULL UP NOTIFICATIONS INSTEAD OF JUST RECEIVING THEM VIA WRITTEN NOTIFICATION...... WASTE OF TIME IF YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING........ 2. APP CONSTANTLY FREEZES UP 3. PLAYBACK NEEDS WORK. WHEN TRYING TO PLAYBACK IT ALSO FREEZES UP AND HAVE TO RESTART APP.......
Nice concept love being able to see my home remotely when it works. Please please fix this app a.s.a.p. it works for a few hours then says disconnected. When i finally make it home and unplug the base and plug it back in the app starts working again. Please read these its so frustrating to take time to buy and install this equipment for a particular convenience that this app is failing to provide consistently.
Worked good until the last update. Now it will no longer connect to my NVR on either my wife's phone (iPhone 6+) or my phone (Samsung S6). We both get the same error at the same time (pwd error). Useless as an app.
I haven't been able to open my app in over 2 weeks. It just stays on the loading page and never brings up the cameras. Disappointing as I can not use it when I want to!
Locks up when opening app about 80% of the time. When it actually opens, camera feed either outdated or locked in time...live feed works on very rare occasions. I like the idea of thus app, but for now pretty useless tool for this camera system. Seems this is a common issue that the developers are doing a good job not openly discussing this here with their customers and providing any info about a future update. Are you guys reading these comments????
This app is great! Easiest set up I found after trying quite a few third party IP camera apps. A big thank you to the Developers. Hopefully it gets even better with any future updates.
Stopped working after update. After many hours of research and trying other apps I finally found the problem. Simple fix , reset the DVR box by unplugging the power and usb for a minute and plugging back in. Now all apps on android and I pad work perfect again.
This was working fine up til my daughter accidentally unplugged it. when I plugged the AC adapter back into the box now everything is in Japanese Chinese and I have no idea what it is saying or how to translate it and the instructions got damaged by rainwater and I'm frustrated because I have no way to get it back to English and even worse I tried to take it back to the store and it was outside of the return policy for me to take back just don't know how to fix or use what I paid for
When it works it is pretty decent. Problem is it does not work very often. Alerts of motion detected with no actual picture was disappointing too. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Please add change of notification sounds. Due to when alarms go off its the always the same as my text, emails ect. Would love to add a siren so I know my cctv alarm have gone off and not thinking it's a email or text or a general notification.
I had problem at first, but IT from Crystal Vision was very helpful. Took me a long time but finally it is working. However, the IP Pro App sometime does not connect.
All I get is pwd error dispite correct password for address. Doesn't appear to be any help anywhere. Dodgy app.
Is that past too many problems for now I just left that off of my Internet because I can't view it on the app and I'm purchasing a better signal for my Wi-Fi because this is not reaching where it's supposed to. need to update this app please
Can't get videos on app. Constantly says "pwd error". I changed the device password from blank to an actual password, for obvious security reasons. When I modify the device on the app to show the user name and new password it won't save it. It repeatedly goes back to being blank and therefore I get a password error. I'm using the right password (not the password to log in to IP Pro). The app is just not saving it. I am able to bring it up on Internet Explorer, but not the this app.
Had a problem at first, had pwd error like Patrick Yeager but reset password to blank and now can view on both phone and tablet

App doesn't work half the time, shows disconnected I had to search for the cameras by IP address. I'm not going to unplug my cameras to get the app to work. If I unplug it's going to be permanent
No longer works. Get disconnected when trying to run. I have an iPad and it has always worked and continues to work. 5/6/2017 FINALLY! Updated and working!
I could rate this 5 stars as it has always worked for me, but since yesterday 5/6/17, I haven't been able to connect my phone to cameras.
Crashed yet again, this now becoming a daily chore, starts by losing cameras, then just stops working.
Worked a few days now all cameras get error and wont show. Cameras show on system and via computer using IP address. Need to see cameras on Android phones (both mine and wife). Ready to send while thing back.
Created an account, entered my Cloud I'D and it never showed my cameras. Useless so far.
I've plugged and unplugged all cables and this app only works on 1 of 3 devices! I've had so many problems with this system in general I wish I could return everything, but the cameras are all installed!
I'm using note 5. I had try to connect but the equipment is online but once I click to view the camera the application stops itself. Please fix this problem
App only works about half the time. It will get to the point where it won't launch, so I have to reinstall it very month or so. Really disappointed
It will not work... It's constantly saying my camera's are off line.... I'm not understanding what the point of the app is if I can't see nothing.! So frustrating
After unstalling it finally got it to work for a bit. After running for a bit, it freezes and will not sync until I uninstall and reinstall it. This is unacceptable.
To fix the psw error message you have to click on the ... on the right side of the my device and you will see Edit and Delete..hit Delete and log out and back in. on the right side on the top hit + Add device by ID and enter your cloud ID.. hit submit. admin ..no password
Works on wifi but will not load cameras on mobile network. A pain if you travel often
I'm giving it a 3 stars because the app needs reprogramming. I'm currently unable to see any of my devices remotely
Rubbish. Freezes often when you try opening the app. Need to keep re-installing. Ok when works but really annoying.
This App sucks can't connect once there is no Wi-Fi. It only works when connected to the same Wi-Fi. Fix it or we will encourage class action fraudulent App sale

Pretty good app. Allows me to view my property from anywhere and replay recording through my phone. Other great feature like zoom and view all cameras or just one. Minor problems are a bit laggy & app sometimes locks up on start screen. Have to close & reopen to restart.
