Riverbanks Zoo and Garden

This is a wonderful idea but should have been finished before it was published. Can't wait to see the final copy

I've had this membership in for a long time i put in everything nothing has changed ever and it says it's not enough this would be a cool app to use if it worked

The app is incomplete. I clicked on a page that was still be setting up. Also i'd like to be able to see the menu before i go into the store you should consider putting the menu for each store that way we don't have to stand in line and decide its not what we are eating. It would make it a lot easier when planing a trip with a toddler

I love the Zoo, but this app is terrible. I downloaded it today and not once was I able to get it to open up. Don't waste phone space on this app.

I love the app, but the map and the membership search don't work on Android. I think the other parts are great.

Nice try, but...the map is a static picture and bad resolution. The information should be interactive. Try GPS. The Giraffe feeding, a highlight of every visit, isn't even listed and closes by 1:30. The zoo is great and deserves a better app.

Better off going online and getting information from website. The app doesn’t run long enough without crashing.

Overall, this is a great app. It covers everything available at the zoo which is not an easy task! Unfortunately, I can't log in, despite providing all the requested info (and triple checking the correctness of that info). If the membership component worked, I would have no complaint.

I got past the part that was stopping other people. Then it wanted a "code", which by the way you get from zoo personnel only. They couldn't get it to work either after putting in the code numerous times. I deleted the app. and re-added and now I get what others have been getting... Not enough information, blah blah blah. Uninstalling.

I like the info thats available but I'm having the same problem with it saying not enough information. If this was fixed it would be a great app.

It won't let you access your membership card or details, just keeps giving error messages. Would be a decent app otherwise!

Still a live beta; here's how to register ... First off, stop using your card #. That's not your member #. Of course, you won't know your member #, unless you call Riverbanks Zoo, since it is internal. The other missing part is that you'll need a confirmation code, which is also generated internally. You literally cannot enroll the app without talking to Riverbanks staff. Go figure. Bottom line: call Riverbanks Member Services, and they'll get you through the process. We did it with them last night when at the Zoo. Is this awkward and inconvenient? Of course it is. Riverbanks outsourced the app to a third party who has done apps for other zoos in the country, and this is sort of a live beta test. They hope to make it much more convenient down the road. But in the meantime, once you get past the one-time registration process, the app is functional. It will be fully functional, in my view, when it can do everything (and more) that the main web site can do.

I typed in my member number, last name and email as required to link my membership card and it stated not enough information provided. I provided required information.

Added all requested information but still got a message stating not enough information so can't retrieve membership information. Otherwise, looks like a great app! Fix it please!!! Would really like to use it :)

I love the zoo. My granddaughter and I are there all the time. She learns a lot in the different classes they offer about the animals. And she always has to get in a pony ride!

After inputting my member number, last name and email, it says not enough info... Can y'all please fix this? It would be a great app if you could access your member info like it claims...

Only reason. I downloaded was to put my membership card on my phone and that function isn't working.

Update fixed everything. Yay.
