Downloaded the app after seeing the note on the front of one Ike's location figuring I could get a sandwich delivered to me at work for lunch. Placed my order but before I submitted my payment info I thought to call the place I was going to order from. Turns out that this is not the app, you have to use a different one, and if you DO use this app its basically you just coming in to pick it up which, I must say is NOT DELIVERY. This was from the mouth of a supervisor. Do not download or use.

I order there all the time, I really do love the food. But the app... has issues. I've used it twice, and the app itself is a little clunky, a little forgetful, slow, and glitchy. Which is fine, for the most part, since it's easier than ordering over the phone, and beats waiting in line. The real problem was the second order that I placed. I went on the app, it said that the location I was ordering from (SFSU) was open, and even mentioned that they were coming back from the break on the 2nd (the day I was ordering) so I placed my order and walked over to pick it up. The store was closed, and no one answered the phone. Of course, I should have called just to make sure they were open, but the app clearly stated they were, so I trusted it. The other issue was that I sent some feedback through the app (there's no other contact that I know about) and I still haven't heard back from anyone. My money was accepted for sandwiches that I never received and I have no way of getting it back. I checked the app again today and it said that the location was now closed but it was opening again on the 2nd (i.e. two days ago) I'm a little confused, and kind of frustrated, if I'm being honest.

This App is useless! It is impossible to register with. It won't accept any combination of the state field: (CA, Ca, Calif) and then it automatically deletes the last 3 digits of the zip code. I'm done this is not worth the hassle. Uninstalling.

It will freeze every now and then so you'll have to redo your order, then make sure you're not double charged. It may sound like a hassle, but it still takes less time than to order in person.

Keeps crashing in Samsung Galaxy 5. Not cool when you're hungry. The other app works great, but doesn't have all of the locations, like the San Mateo one

Sent an email today to find out if an update/fix is on the way. Unable to take advantage of the buy 10 get 1 free promo due to this. Ordering on the Yelp app is the way to go as of now. Using a Samsung Galaxy s5.

When i heard we had a new sandwich place near work, i paid it no mind. I have never been a fan of Subway or Quizno's. Erik's Deli had a few sandwiches i liked but, nothing that is so good it makes me remember them when i'm hungry. A friend brought me a sandwich from Ike's when i was stuck at work. I'm now a fan. The bread doesn't taste processed, nor does anything else they use on their sandwiches. They have a lot to choose from. They have different bread choices and meat or vegan options. Love the names!

You need to add the Santa Clara and the san Jose store on the app.

This is everything an app should not be.

The user-experience isn't that great. - Not having to log in each time would be good. - Use the back button on the phone... not in-app! - Can make it easier to add more items to the order without having to click "back" to return to the menu. Could be spruced up with some good design elements too... think "extra dirty sauce and mozzarella sticks"! ;)

Works great on my phone, but needs work on the nexus tablet

Q70%

Needs some work. Bad placement of back button. Needs to remember user. Shouldn't have to sign in every time. But allows me to order food. Better designing could be used too.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Each time I use it something new and horrible happens (pressing 1 enters a 7, random crashes, wrong location).

Q70%
by Q####:

Could be easier on the eyes, but that doesn't take away from what the apps supposed to do, which it does well.

Q70%
by Q####:

Doesnt save any kind of information. Difficult to use, but yeah, it works...kind of

Q70%

Useful and love ikes, but basically broken on a G2. Screen doesnt reorient and the application loses its state when the keyboard opens.

Very convenient!

Great app! Makes ordering fast and easy.

M70%

Not specific on the app description. Only for the abovementioned locations. South bay app is separate.

Q70%
by Q####:

Alright but slow. Easier to just call in and order.
