Daily timers don't work. Have to remake timers every day. Constantly drops connection or just stops recording after a few mins. Adding stations is painful. Can't find where recordings are stored.

The interface is not intuitive, but if you give it a little time, and figure it out, it'll give you music. Lots of music. I've had none of the problems listed here by others. Except, it does seem to be limited to 4 hours and 26 minutes @ 128bps. Just save, and rip again.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT program, believe me, THE BEST in its field in the Store! After week closely education I found that the author has taken serious care to make anything what users need, but of course excluding the flood of additional channels where it could take infinite time for maintenance and even some channels will be invalid or missing. That is why there is few channels. No matter that, you have wonderful ability to add your own channel manually. Instead of presets selection you have powerful program. In beginning to start live listening you must wait in patience one loading/downloading and then buffering which take long time. By the way - I like sessions and their sub tracks....! Mmmmm.... And there is history statistic for termination and how it was going. Congratulations for the good work. Perfect work by developer, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Split the tracks, and when offline: listen to the music you love - saved from your favourite radio station. Need a couple of features: 250mb per session is way to small for me, I need it adjustable (to 2/3gb). Would like buffer size adjustable as well. The player can only play recordings that's done, not while actively recording. Otherwise worth the money. PS Developer: answer your '!!!' emails please!

Works except it records the station as 1 giant .DAT file on your phone. You have to then go into the Session and tell it to export to separate .mp3 files. So you can't let it run while sleeping. Everything is saved to the phone memory so THEN you must manually move it to the SD card. It's also quite a bother to obtain the playlist off Shoutcast in the first place, as the phone will try to play it. I dl'd the xspf then used txt editor to extract the direct link.

Would be a lot better if there were more channels already loaded. Because i and,I read a few others had difficulty putting in the URLs. I tried quite a few times. Please fix this. All of the current radio stations are lounge,zen like. As of now, without any way to load other stations in, it's kind of pointless. Waiting for an update. Thank you.......

This is an amazing application and possibly the most useful music app available for the android (or Apple) operating system. Overall the application's user interface is a little frustrating to set up and not completely intuitive, but you can stream any program into Radio Rip. I saw some reviews were stating that it only works on Shoutcast and ice streams. Not the case, if you follow the cryptic instructions and use the .pst file, as they state on the screen, it will set up perfectly. Pros: 1. It records in high quality. 2. It will separate all songs into mp3 files that you can play on any player. 3. At that time you choose the songs you want to keep. 4. It adds the IDE tags so when playing it back you get the information on your screen. 5. It will record in the background, while you listen to different music on a player or make a phone. Cons: 1. The user interface needs some improvements to make it easier for casual users. I am not a pro, but an enthusiast on the Android, my wife is not. She would have difficulty setting this up. P.S. I don't know the developer, however she/he has done something beyond creative and useful. My compliments!

Very good app. There is a problem where the sound gets "blips" every second or so after some use. This has been an issue in the past 2 versions. Confirmed on the Samsung Galaxy S II and HTC Google Nexus One

Having difficulty adding radio station url for timer recording. Added station will not connect. Also would like to add icecast.

This is still the best. Nothing like...Works like a charm on my Nexus....Not sure a review below is referring to. People needs to understand is the station is not MP3, it may not work at all. So find a mp3 stream. There seems to be 250 mb limit per station for ripping file size. Waiting for confrimation from the Dev. Have been using this for a couple years now. Few years ago there was nothing else close to it in google play.

Fantastic app and just what I needed. User interface wise it's not the most friendly but once you play with it you'll find how things work is relatively easy. As for one of the reviewers stating the add url doesn't work, I've had no problems using this function. It's a little more expensive than it needs to be, especially with it looking a little more basic than it needs to.

The developer is obviously talented, but the interface is a bit confusing. More importantly, this app only seems to work with Shoutcast streams. If you think you're going to find your favorite radio station in Shoutcast, good luck. I don't know why there is an option to add a URL for a radio steam, because not a single one worked that I tried. I cannot find an app to record Internet radio. TuneIn is nice, but the recordings are corrupted half the time and won't play back.

Tried 10 different url's for my favorite station to be finally fetched with success.

Very confused...added list is complete crap......dance style hip hop stuff ONLY all files I add are rejected. Bitterly disappointed. Can't believe I paid for it.

This application does not work with ICS. I had to uninstall my paid application Nitin

If you're wondering why there's no free trial version, it's because the developer wouldn't make any money. AVOID!

It's easy to use, wonderful for intenet radio fanatics.

In order to catch a late night radio show ive been missing ive tried quite a few internet radoo apps lately. Tunein radio pro is great, and refined but no freedom to do with the files as i wish. Other apps dont have the ability to add stations, add .pls files, or schedule recordings. This app lets me do it all and i can find and copy my recordings to my ipod, etc. I would give five stars but it doesnt work on my samsung sidekick 4g(2.2) and id like the ability to change the recording file location.

Then it starts cutting out and distorting horribly. Consistently happened on 2 different phones and multiple stations.

Dificult use. Don't do wath supolse to do. I couldn't put my favorit station. Horible.

Does not work for me. Says connection lost no matter what URL I add.

Great app. Use it weekly to record 80's episodes of AT40 with Casey Kasem. Wish storing and tagging was simpler though. RAZR Maxx HD/Bionic
