1. Login securely to the service
2. Add members to conference call either by entering number or by picking contacts from phone book
3. Select user roles while adding members, either ADMIN or USER
4. Indication for currently speaking members on the dashboard.
5. Option to Mute/Unmute, Hangup or Re-try members from the app itself
