If I could give it lower than 1 star I would. Application is buggy and only films inverted (upside down) with absolutely no way to fix it. I might lose a job I really wanted because of this being terrible and that upsets me more than I can express.

Its a complete waste of time. Employers should not depend on sparkhire. Its a crappy app in both mobile and windows. Wasnt able to finish the interview because it lags and hangs all the time

I guess it was ok but I prefer face to face and i feel like a doofus on video which is no reflection on the app. I don't feel like one can leave as good an impression on this as in person.

Don't know why people are complaining about this app. In my case, it worked perfectly :)

So slow, took 2 hours to.uploaf 2 interview videos. Only downloaded android app as I couldn't get it to work in my pc. Zero stars. Awful.

Unless you work from home this is a very intrusive app that shares to strangers your home.

As an employer I love this app. I love this platform. Making interviews convenient for all parties included. I recommend this platform to other companies.

No point.

This is BS. I downloaded and installed and it just doesn't show up anywhere. I run a search and it is just not there. Google says I can't download since I already did. But it's not there. I can't imagine what fun it will be when (if) i does actually appear. Based on everyone else's comments, I should probably practice standing on my head for this so-called "interview". How impersonal can this get? I may as well be talking to my coffee mug.

Middle of recording first question screen went to sleep, by the time I woke it up the re-record options were lost.

Thankyou so much spark hire for only allowing me to send 4/7 questions for a job interview. Black screen of nothingness. Cheers for that and ruining my chances of getting the job

It is very impersonal which makes it uncomfortable for people that actually enjoy interacting with other people.

My computer just RIPd but I have this interview to do. I downloaded the app on my tablet but my orientation was upside down when I went to the practice video. I tried to flip my tab but I stayed upside down.

Does not upload recorded videos

This application did not work on my computer or tablet. "Write the help desk" it says so I do, the advice I get? Close out your browser and reopen in another browser? Try using another kind of brower? Yea, I already tried that. Get some decent programmers. Everyone has firewalls and anti spam you think that would be obvious at this point.

Clunky, poorly executed program. Inverts the video for no apparent reason. I am sure my interview will look great upside down.

Very poor design. Focus is notn properly assigned, son you have to tap randomly on the screen before being able to press buttons,

I have an interview coming up and it won't work on my laptop or cell phone. Not sure how to get it working. I've been at it all day.

App doesn't work you can't even upload the videos. The app stalls so much keeps saying not responding and closes up.

Tried practice interview. After two takes, the third or any further takes hangs on my phone. Despite trying reinstalling, force stopping and restarting phone.

Great App. Had some issues at first but I guess it was no sabe.

Great tool for the 1st interview with applicants beyond easy commuting distance! Not as interactive as Skype conferencing but loads better than a website text box. Lets employers ask questions in text, then applicants record and upload a VIDEO response. So you don't even have to get everyone there at the same time!! Use it for those "standard" questions that you would ask at EVERY interview. Then invite only your favorites to a second interview in person or via Skype.

My phone tends to sleep halfway through recording an interview. Also, recorded videos are sometimes inverted. The sad part is this is the only alternative to Sparkhire's flash-based web app.

Registration page is for companies only

The login page seems made for companies, asks for billing information. I just wanted to answer an interview not recruit others.

Everything is inverted! This might be a nexus 6p problem but it's a problem.

Like many others, camera records upside down.

Have an interview coming up and I can't record videos without it appearing inverted. I can update this review if this is fixed ASAP.

Easy to use.

Great app! It is very easy to use.

Interesting software but not the best implementation. The app doesn't take over the timeout settings of the phone when recording or playing back video which can cause the recording/playback to stop abruptly.
