It's a very good app for anybody attempting to enter into the often confusing rental world. Whether you're looking for a room to rent in an already existing household, want to rent out a vacant room yourself or are actually looking to find an apartment or house this app can be configured easily to match your needs. I have only used this app to search for available rental shares myself, but I did play around with the different settings to get some idea of its capabilities and I must admit that I was surprised at the breadth of its uses. Now the question remains whether or not the audience exists for all the different uses as well. I CAN tell you that if your looking for rooms to rent in already existing living situations, this app gets plenty of responses to your posts. And THAT brings us to the only difficulties of using this application. It will take time and possibly a few tries before you get your listing into the proper final form before it's ready for posting to the site. Any app that works across such a wide variety of needs is by necessity going to have a learning curve attached. And I must admit that it took me 2 or 3 tries before I got my listing into acceptable shape for posting and it got to be somewhat frustrating. I have only used the Android version of this app & I suspect that the iPhone version is most likely easier to use and has an even larger audience, based on my experiences with the Apple OS. I am willing to bet that you'll find this app very useful when entering the real estate market.

App is great, Landlord/roommate not so much. For LGBT friendly households, my landlord is transphobic and has been nothing short of abusive. Wish there was a way to properly vet rentors who put LGBT friendly. being able to review previous rentals would be amazing
