Vivint Smart Drive

This app used to work great when it was space monkey and when is first gotten it. Now, i can't readily open playback. It's always offline and crashing. How the hell am I supposed to have access yo my camera when the software is trash. I pay too much money a month for this, riduculous.

This app doesn't load my pics nor video right. In can never delete files and keeps taking up space. Also app freezes too much. Just doesn't work right

Simply doesn't load pics or videos anymore and logs me out all the time. Total waste of a Vivint option

I can't even log into this app anymore. I have reset my password several times and even with a new password it won't let me in. I have been disappointed from day one with this service. Always a probelm and being in a contract there is nothing I can do about it. Seriously think twice before signing the papers especially of you are paying for this device. Maybe get the security but skip the ex space monkey now called vivint drive. It worked so much better when it was just the space monkey the supposed upgrades have made this system unusable. Also many times the app stops working and closes itself.

Duplicates my photos. We have changed phones and added tablets so there is to many devices with the same pictures from backing up sand restoring.

First crazy mistake ever. In choose VIVINT for security. I've been haven trouble since 3 months being with thm.THT space MONKEY .omg the WRST. WRST 1st . wasn't good. 2nd replacement. Tech came to replace worked yesterday ---today--- back to square 1 !!!!!! NOT WORKING grrrrrrrrrrr

Does what it's supposed to do, although I was bothered with the forced auto upload of my pictures with no option to skip it during setup so I just hit next, disabled it in the settings, and restarted the app.

This app does not allow you to access it without it attempting to auto back photos. In other words there is no view only option.

Will not upload my photos automatically from my phone unless im in the app, which makes its almost useless

The app doesn't stay logged in like every other app on Earth, and takes a while to get it's brains back once you're in. Otherwise it's fine.

This app sucks. After you upload a video, you can never watch it again because the app keeps crashing.

Not providing playback 24/7 Since paying $249.00 for this Space Monkey and Smart Drive App not connecting.

Awesome app

Drive no longer stay online and blue light no longer functions. Do not make the mistake of becoming a customer. Better technologies are available at a fraction of the cost. Vivint not a good service.

I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Get message Space Monkey has stopped.

I am told the App (Vivint Sky) for which this app(Spacemonkey) is primarily meant to serve is not available for me to install on my Samsung Galaxy S5 neo. Until I'm able to install that App, I can't favourably rate this one!

My phone nor tablet can't find it. Everything was installed right. Still searching.

When I want to upload other files, the file dialog opened the root path instead of using internal SD card. There is no way to change the directory. Nexus 5 here

The app requires automated upload of all images on my phones. This is too bandwidth heavy. I'd rather access the files on my storage device without having to sync a remote device. OwnCloud is a better small backup server option.

All my photos & videos backed up to my hard drive and the cloud at the same time. What's not to love?

Uploads all my pictures and videos, but does not keep a file is the security cameras. Useless service.

the app SHOULD NOT FORCE me to start uploading my photos before letting me even look at settings!! (i only ran the app to download some files)

Nice app really, but man, it uses battery power like nothing on my phone. I do Very much enjoy having it; Great system. I'm sure they'll improve it. Keeper!
