About Exercise Bike Workout

"Exercise bike workout" will help you to exercise less and get more benefits!
The basic idea of exercise bike interval workout(HIIT) is simple: the alternation of high and low intensity.
The purpose of exercise bike interval workout(HIIT) is to burn more calories, lose more fat and build more muscle in less time. 

What app can do:
- voice prompts (enable it in settings, Google Text-to-Speech needs to be installed)
- share workout data with Google Fit. Enable "Share data with Google Fit" in settings.
- calculate your heart rates zone. It's based on Karvonen heart rate reserve method. Just enter your age and resting heart rate in settings.
- calculate burned calories,
- has 6 workouts
- ability to create and customize custom workouts,
- customizing colors for each interval,
- sound and vibration prompts on interval changing
- list view and chart view history

How to use:
- enter your gender, age, weight and resting heart rate to calculate burned calories and heart rates zone,
- select workout on workouts screen. Click on workout name in the upper left corner of the main screen to get to the workouts screen,
- get on exercise bike,
- just follow the progress bar and the audio prompts

To restore purchases click "Restore purchases" on "Help the project" screen

Great app. Been using it for a while. Like the workouts it's does include. Others apps have to pay for those. The only thing I will improve is to synchronise the voice prompts with the music. To drop the music volume while voice gave you orders. As it is now, you can barely hear the voice commands with music on

This app is amazing if you want to listen to a podcast or music while spinning, and if you turn on voice (you should) you don't have to have your phone on so it saves battery.

Nice app. I've been using it together with the mi fit app to monitor current heart rate. It would be nice if it maximize the available screen during split screen mode by resizing the timer.

Pretty good app. Simple design, and it makes using an indoor cycle more interesting. I've been using it every day for about a month now. Only complaint is that there seems to be a bit when you try and split screen this app, where you lose all progress in your current workout. This makes it hard to multitask.

Great app, needs Chromecast support to take it to the next level! Most of us have a large flat screen parked in front of the stationary instead of looking at the tiny phone screen during exertion. Also ability to direct upload to Strava would be awesome!

Really like this app for both a simple spinning timer and custom interval exercise training. I wish the custom exercise builder had a longpress option to duplicate an item. Kind of a pain to build work outs item by item when it's repetitive. Otherwise, the design is great and easy to use.

The only things missing are heart rate monitor support, being able to repeat sections (like 1: STAND 10s 2: SIT 10s 3: REST 20s repeat 20x) and copy and past for making you own workouts. With the customisable text it works for all workout not just exercises bikes. I use it for chinups, hiit training and climbing training. This is a most excellent app it's really worth 4.7

I am new to this app. How does it work to connect with an indoor spinning bike? Is there another piece of gear that syncs with the actual spinning bike wheel to record real revolutions? Or, is this some kind of averaging measurement? Please advise. Thanks. Mark

I've been using this app for 9 months and I use it almost daily. I use an arm band to strap my phone to the LCD panel on my bike and fire up this app. Works great.

Very well designed App...my turbo is in the mancave, and having something I can see in low light(laser light show on to the dance tunes!!) levels helps a lot. Custom programmes do take time to set but not a problem. Just got an ANT+ chest transmitter so now running 2 phones but can see the info unlike old lcd grey screens on my old HRM and bike computer....

I have the same issue as Sean. Splitting the screen (or just straight up pressing back a few times) unceremoniously ends my workout and saves no progress. It should be impossible for me to stop the workout without at least pressing a button and going through confirmation

I really like this- when it works. I still haven't gotten through the beginner workout without it stopping. And when it stops, you have to start back at the beginning- you can't just click on the last interval you were on. You have to hit the minus 30 button until you reach the point where it stopped. You should be able to click on any interval so you can start there- or better yet, it could keep working for the whole 30 minutes.

Best one yet. I have a spin cycle at home and have tried several apps. This is my favorite by far. One suggestion, can we build a play list for each workout? Maybe 1 or 2 songs per interval?

Great app! The only problem i have with it is i don't know how to skip from beginner. I've been stuck on beginner for a while and would like to do climbs. I'm not a beginner cyclist. Thank you!

This app is simple and easy to use to make workout intervals. You can use the preprogrammed intervals or set your own. The big colorful circle is easy to see even when you're working hard. It is basically perfect.

This is pretty awesome. I especially like the ability to add and remove time on the fly to any step-- no sitting around waiting for the warm-up step to finish if I'm already there.
