AppLock - Fingerprint

App Lock is part of my trio of can't live without security apps. It keeps my private apps safe (Drive, Contacts, other messaging apps) from prying eyes. The fake app fail feature is quite nice too. Well worth paying for. The dev is very responsive to issues. It is a great extra security layer on top of the normal pin/pattern to access the phone. Top notch additional security.

Great app all through and through. Best lock app in the Playstore. Couldn't love it more. One last thing to make it perfect, it could find a way to disguise the locked app in the recent apps tab/scroll. Cos you can still see the contents of the app there. Update: It needs smooth animations too. The appearance of the lockscreen is too abrupt.

Just started using it today and loved it but I have already find one major flaw. Information can still be seen in the recents tab. UPDATE* where did these ads come from? That's a big no no. Look, I'd pay to have these removed. Also, it's kinda annoying to have to unlock a app EVERYTIME even if I just closed it. If there was some lock app timeout setting that'll be fine.

His app was good at first then it stopped working in the sense that when I put then 'll it doesn't open rather it goes back to home sreen until you type it so many times like trying your luck to see if it'll work. To me if it efficiently work it would be good. It's not user friendly at all. Uninstalling to search for a better app.

On one plus 5, after the latest app updates, with notifications hide enabled, the hidden notifications are not showing the symbol of the particular app from which the notification came, instead it shows the applock notification. Please fix it ASAP, since if there are multiple notifications from different apps, its not possible to know from which app the notification arrived. Also when we are using two apps protected by applock in split screen, the applock is locking one of the inactive apps, even if i have not switched it to background. It means if i have watsapp and hangout in split screen, when i type in hangouts, watsapp gets locked, and when i switch to watsapp, i need to unlock it, even when both apps are open in split screen. Please fix it.

I set my apps that I want locked but it doesn't lock them immediately. Every app I've opened 2, 3 times before the lock actually works and even then it isn't always effective. The intruder capture sends a pic to your email. I don't like that. I prefer it keep it on my phone. The only thing I like in this app, compared to other lock apps, is the multiple lock feature. I can lock my apps and my son can lock his with a different code.

First off it's a good app, a few things I'd like to see fixed though is the fact that finger print is in the app title and I couldn't find anything having to do with a password as a finger print. Also, its a bit annoying when you go on an app, go off to play music then have to retype your password. I feel like the more retyping I do just when I re-enter an app makes it a risk that someone could see my password.

Good, but need much more improvements. Locked by multiple password apps also unlock by finger print otherwise take new finger access to unlock it, not registered with phone. Also locked app must shown in recent open with lock screen not where we left, the image in recent also shows only lock image.

Excellent, does its job. Only problem that needs fixing is the Fake Error Window. After saying "[App] has stopped working.", it tells you to hold the Ok button to get to the normal lock screen, which is a dead giveaway that it's a fake window!!

Updated issues on 15Dec2017: After any new app installation AppLock is opening for permission and even after granting permission it's preventing the new app to open until i disable the applock. Please let me know if there is any fix. Update on 29th October 2017: Sometimes apps are opening directly without asking for password.

I like this app but this lock automatically it's very difficult to use. Pls tell any option to make lock only after phone off. Because if I watch one vedios in gallery after that vedios gallery automatically lock. So its very difficult to use

Cannot get the lock icon to go away at the status bar on top. I've unchecked the box in settings that says "show status bar icon" but it still shows. Would be 5 stars if this was fixed.

Good app for lock applications but Need to improve like When i open my gallery or any other app without pass the security code or fingerprints what ever you have set then its showed all internal file after that close it automatically. You have to fix that it's not good to show after lock the application.

1- The consumption of battery to using this application is too higher than other any applock application. 2- Sometimes after restarting it's required time to start by itself. 3- It's so expensive if I want an ad free version.

Great app for this category. Fingerprint functionality is almost seamlessly integrated in the phone. The only issue is sometimes when the unlock screen is activated, the fingerprint reading is not functional and you need to close the locked app and reopen it again for the fingerprint reader to capture the fingerprint and unlock whatever app it is you wete trying to gain access to.

Hi Dev team i want to fix a bug , please do something to remove locked apps from recent apps while they show app thumbnail and everyone can see whats we are hiding. This is so bad experience my friend told me he can see what i,m hiding. Please do some updates

smart features with easy to understand.. its really a well built app... but i am facing one problem can you help me @admin i hide the icon from launcher video and i also stop the app from unistallation now how can i visit the app again ???

It is an awesome app however it is not reliable at all. And I am saying this because at times it does not ask you for password and allows access automatically and that is too bad. I have set to lock automatically and that works however at times it does not work

This app is phenomenal! It can protect multiple apps in different ways, as well as take intruder photos which other apps force you to pay for, and this one does it free. I use this app on all phones I have ever had. I highly recommend this app to anyone trying to lock apps or anything for that matter. It doesn't use fingerprint for some apps that you don't want it to but it will for other apps you want it to. It is highly adaptable to your needs and I love it! Please, to the creator, don't ever change this app.

Very professional looking and clean. Only complaint is that if you press your tab button on android, you can see the content in the app even before you unlock it. I don't know if it's possible to fix but if it is it would be an improvement. Other than that it's an amazing app.

This is it.Recommended for everyone. Solved my problem because it needs password to uninstall. In this way it's full trusted. Only problem is fingerprint scanner was not there in the options otherwise app is awesome.

Nearly perfect. Finally managed to disable ads by subscribing. 1 pound for a year isn't too bad. It does crash every so often too so not 100% reliable. So close but still the best app lock app I've tried so far.

Simple and clean. Just wish there weren't any ad banners, but I understand that's how developers make their money when developing free apps. I've tried several app locking apps and so far this one is my favorite. Update 12/30/2017: Dropping rating from 5 to 3 stars. There's been many instances now that the fingerprint scanner wasn't registering, forcing me to use the PIN method instead.

The best applock app I have tried, bar none. There is so much functionality and fine grained control. The ability to lock recent apps page is fantastically useful - the absence of this let's other applocks down. One bug that I hope an be fixed is that the notification lock is currently unreliable. It frequently fails to lock notifications of an app is locked under a profile other than 'main'. Also, when it does work, the original notification appears for a second and then replaced with a lock. The original notification content is irretrievably lost rather than password protected which is a shame.

It works at first but after one week, I dont know why all my locked apps previously is unlock. I check in AppLock apps, everything is same as first time I set. Not sure this apps is not stable or not

It has the lot of bugs. Like if we can the force stop the lock will be simply disable. And also minimise the app and remove the applock application form the resent apps then the lock will desable automatic

It's the best app lock! I especially really loved the fake lock so much, my friend keeps on using my phone without my permission, its the best way to fool her that my application is broken lol

Never Seen such a secure app like AppLock in my Life. Ultimate Security. Everyone should possess. BEST FOR ADDICTED PERSON. Once you secured this AppLock Perfectly After that even if you think to open(disable) - not possible. SUPER, EXCELLENT, Reliable You can fully Trust.

After some time it stops working...how can i solve this issue?...i have to open the app again after some hours and then only it continues to work. Please tell me the solution, i would certainly give it 5 stars if you'll help me

Working perfectly as described by the developers team.????It allows one main password which is known as master password. One can use this master password for locking the App Lock itself or a group of different apps. Beside this AppLock is providing multi password facility also to lock different apps as per our choice. I am using this AppLock from last one month & not found any abnormalities. No lagging, no irritating adds, no system crash, no malfunctioning. In nut shell it's amazing. I am using this in Asus ZenFone Selfie. One modification will make this app super one.. In notification area we found two or three same icon of AppLock when different app's prevented messages arrives.. At a single sight it's not become possible to know that locked messages are arrived from which App. So developers are requested to amend the notification logo as a multi logo functionality in future updates. That's it. Finally I m giving 5 stars to this app.????✌

Please remove the app notification reminder that do pop up on phone ???? notification widow and on phone ???? screen it's very annoying for this kind of great app. I have been using this app since the name Smart Applock. This is the best app lock ???? ever. Keep up with the good work.

Great! I have been using this app to keep my children's devices safe for them to use by locking them out of apps that are dangerous for curious little minds. I am very happy about the results.

This app is not worth even half a star.. It stops working suddenly and u need to keep the show notification for this app always on. I tried doing that to but still it stops working completely and locked apps can be accesses easily as if there's no such app. Its just a waste

Works good... But drains battery very badly... Also constant notification stating app running in the backgroud is ugly annoying...

Great applock and easy to use. Theres only one problem the system lock mobile data not working on android 6 & 7. Can you please fix this problem on next updates. Need answer. Thanks.

It would have been a great app. with the finger print function but when your phone goes off, you'll have to reactivate wben its on. It's kinda frustrating cos you forget to.

Fast app locking. Multitasking recent window is also locking (this is something very crucial for privacy and I am glad that there is this ability). There are also profiles for different locking situations. Fake locking is also a must . Galaxy Note 8.

Doesn't work on Samsung devices as when you hit the recent apps, you can directly access the application that is supposed to be locked. Shame...

I very often cannot unblock the application secured by the AppLock. It doesn't let me in and I cannot do anything more, I cannot go back, I cannot cancell the request to open secured app. Turning off the screen also doesn't help. I have to reset the phone. I paid for Premium version but I'm starting to be annoyed and thinking about deinstalation the AppLock. It is very tiring.

Doesnt always lock a program immediately after it launches but it still happens quickly. I also dont have the fastest phone. Otherwise it works really well.
