Don't waste your time . . I see as of 2/4/17 it is still in development stage . . . If you can manage to log in, no details shown of your account. A traditional written letter is the best way to deal with this administration. Sadly the App is like the service they provide.

Keep getting following error message when trying to log on; "ERROR:Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I have then tried to actually use the dashboard but there's code all over the place and nothing works.

DOESN'T WORK. Very bad design. It's been designed in a app by a UN TRAINED UN QUALIFIED IDIOT WHO CLEARLY CAN'T PROGRAMME A SIMPLE LOOP TEXT ASCI CODE.... This app is designed so badly i think it was done by a pet dog and not a human. Can't believe the designer looped the window html instruction WRONG! unbelievable!

If you could give 0 stars this app wouldn't warrant that low level. Poor design, poor functionality, lack lustre performance, gives the appearance it was written in a lunchtime!

Have registered, all successful... Try log in says password or user name incorrect... Reset user name still won't log in... Reset password still won't work ??????? Now a couple of months later have uninstalled... Simply does not work, cannot log in, now constantly says my account has been locked. Rang them, they apparently reset everything but still the same... Why they bother having the app in the first place beats me... Total waste of time !

I have had a more fun in a dentist chair. I have read all the reviews and SW Water have only answered ONE. If the app is this bad may I suggest ether make some improvements or just get rid of it.

I wish I could send a screen shot of this app. terrible, just terrible. Shame SWW just haven't the resources to create a useful app... Uninstalled.

Just downloaded this app to make life easier BUT the app tells me I can not sign in then to find out I am signed in but nothing works and timed me out. Hmmp

Won't even open now. You'll be chasing me for payment again - and yet again you make it so difficult for me to give you any money!

Pretty pointless to be honest,it gives you very little info relating to your account most of it is irrelevant info .All I do is click on the link when SWW emails me to tell me my bill is ready and then just sign in via the internet to look at my bill or send meter reading...what could be simpler.

Tried this app several times, left it, uninstall it and tried again but still will not work!?!

Reinstalled this app but won't even open. As soon as I touch icon error message says app has stopped. Will be un installing. ..

Having registered, it is not possible to access any account information. The screen displays the name of the database field rather than the date. Useless

Confirmation page is truncated, so can't confirm a payment. Sort it out if you want me to pay my account !

All my other utilities allow me to submit reading and change payment amounts. This app does nothing other than tell you what payments you be made which I can see on my bank statement. Not worth taking up memory on my phone.

Registered to log in, and when I went to use, wouldn't log in again. At all, in any way. Load of rubbish.

Can't see or read a thing since update on my phone so can't see my bill please make text bigger but on a tablet it's fine

Did anyone attempt to use this app before release. Login screen is so small cannot see what is being typed. Tile page is better but very slow. Setting page needs a magnifying glass to see it and only allows the showing/hiding of tiles.... not worth bothering with. Please get someone in your IT dept who has the requisite skills to do there job correctly.

This update is rubbish, it takes ages to pay an installment online and not even sure it's done then, the screen after log in only shows blocks not the details inside those blocks, this app is very unresponsive, wish I could get the old app back

When i log out of updated app i cannot exit sww log in page therefore rendering phone useless
