I get error messages almost everytime I try to use it. This app is down way more than working

Receive system Error message when trying to open app. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. Pretty much useless.

I'm locked out of my account every month and they never call and verify anything just lock you out and make you come in to the branch just to tell them to re open it i mean really what's the point of you locking me out of checking my balance but not blocking my actual card if you suspect thief or fraud????sadly this app has just been a waste of my gas money

The app is okay it's good for checking balance and transfers but however it doesn't have check deposit

The app will not open old one worked better. Needs more work. I am using a galaxy note 5.

SFCU's mobile app is finally here and the initial version isn't bad at all considering the options from the Web site. Great for quickly checking balances and transferring funds.

Every time I try to long in it says system error I've call the bank an they can't do anything about the app. This is the WORST app ever

Always gets "UNABLE TO VERIFY ACCOUNT", at least one a week, log into account on devise other than my cell phone there's an issue, keeps asking security questions only to tell me to call bank for assistance. Wish it would allow you more info about acct...see cleared checks, see pending withdrawal. Liked online version better. Please fix or at least bring online back.

Buggy, have to call in and go through a completely ridiculous process to reset my password at least once a week. App goes nuts when you login from a separate device than its used to seeing and locks you out of your account.

I can't even sign on its asking me to do the questions but I never used the questions its asking

Simple in use. Nice. Not being able to always have mobile access. NOT COOL. Needing to go to the credit union itself to regain access is INCONVENIENT, especially on the weekend when even the phone support is closed.

Great app I wish it had check cashing capabilities

I am so excited about this app because it is easy access to my accounts. I think it will also make a way for people to know more about this credit union. I believe credit unions will definitely succeed in the future. #TurnUpForCreditUnions :)
