If only their tranes were as reliable as this app. Information is well presented but frequently "blue screens" and needs restarting.

Very much like their train service, this is slow, unreliable and doesn't provide the information you need! It is very difficult to track the progress of a specific train - probably because this would clearly demonstrate how crap that service is. I have a choice so will uninstall this - I wish I had the option not to use their trains!

Used to work well but now logs me out as soon as I've logged in "because I've been inactive for more than 30 minutes" even though I've only just logged in. Attempting to access My Addresses just gives an error message. Sack the tester!

Crap!!! Never bloody works when you need it. Same as Southeastern trains... Sh***t

Before it used to show the train moving without refreshing it now i have to keep coming out of it and reloading my train Fix this please

No good to me. I use St Pancras trains and it won't load the map when the train is going round on a big ass circle from and back to St Pancras. Fix it and I'll use till then I'll keep using national rail enquiries app.

On par with the train service. Slow to load, clunky, cant find a route (Staplehurst to Canterbury!)and then logged me out claiming 30 mins of inactivety. Poor.

Gets to final payment and then says error, Happening everytime I use it. Using trainline to book my tickets instead of this app

people are right. nothing is can't get on Web. got it for delay repay and all it does is take you to the website where you have to log in again! deleted.

Bizarrely, doesn't allow you to buy electronic tickets for "the key".

Had the wrong time for the train. I missed it as was too late

It doesn't work at all on Samsung Galaxy S8 and brings the phone to a crawl.

I only use it for checking my commuter train times. The dashboard is flexible and having the Twitter feed there is good. But it's annoying I can't go straight to Arrivals and Departures for my saved stations. I have to shut it down when not using it during the day and night as it chews through my battery power at a rate of knots.

I'd love it even more if it had widgets!

Good idea. Would be good if they had WiFi at their stations and on their trains so you could actually use it without paying or using up your data!

1st class super off peak fares not shown.

Every time I tried to add a journey or station it crashed taking the phone with it. Use the National Rail app instead has pretty much the same features and actually works.

Service to Hayes is not worthy of any mention.

Crashes lots on Lollipop

It says delay-repay straight from your mobile - that's true - but it takes you to their website and is not done within the app as most people would assume.

Several times I've checked the app to see when trains depart only to discover that the times on the boards at the stations do not match. How can you trust a journey planning app when it can't even show you correct times for their own trains!

Liked the last version. New one unstable. Freezes common. Password handling faults. Even one example of 'ghost' train! Back to Trainline.

Used to use this app every day. Now it crashes immediately upon opening because I've denied access to my location.

This app has caused my phone problems. I get warnings that it's running in the background even when I close it manually

I used to really enjoy using this app but since it has been "updated" I am unable to use the Senior Railcard function. Please fix as it also ignores basic times of trains as well.

Please stop the push notifications or make them configurable. They tend to be irrelevant and at 05:45 rather irritating

Awful app. An update has made it impossible to add railcard to buy discounted tickets. Has crashed when trying to pick up the tickets. No way to save your normal ticket purchase. Pointless.

Website FAQs say you can do delay repay on here. You can't. It's just a link to the website. So it's just a timetable app which everyone already had. Waste of time.

I've been using this App for years. And I've yet to have a problem. I love the map to enable track viewing.

Tried to adjust the time of departure and arrival but cant do it at all. Not good

I can't change myself for a miss or change times. Absolutely useless
