Sometimes they send wrong items and with no receipt. they don't return back items even although I informed them 3 times by email and it took aramex 2 weeks to deliver the items. Aramex delivery guy didn't know English to communicate.

The desktop version of this site is very nice. But whereas the app is missing some feature which r most required. I got a defective product and I have option to give a complaint to the product vendor, but App dosent have this option. And whenever I am trying to a open desktop version on my tab, it will open the app automatically.. I will give 4+ if u can provide this option in app and also, option to choose desktop or app even the app is installed

I have placed many orders only to cancel later as the delivery boys are not able to deliver it to my home.... I waited more than 5 days in each order. And when those delivery boy calls, he force me to cancel my order as he is not able to find my location. Dont understand why those delivery guys are forcing me to cancel my order. I am living in one of the best spots in Abu dhabi and stil they cannot find out me. Always they want us to go there and collect our products ourself. Now i see they blocked me from buying products because of my cancellation... Such an inefficiant, un professional team

One of the worst e-commerce sites. Ridiculous prices! Negatives: 1. Horrible browsing on the app. 2. Ridiculous delivery charges on each item. 3. They do not let you post any comments apart from positive comments on seller reviews. 4. Items mostly listed are way expensive. (Try aliexpress and compare prices on souq, quiet SHOCKING that price mark ups are huge!) I'd suggest open a shop and ship account and get your items from Europe, U.S, Canada, China. Still cheaper and less hassle. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I ordered lipsticks for 40 dirham first-time the lipstick is disaster i cannot apply at all and second I ordered mi phone which starts hanging after two weeks so i don't know Wat to do with this phone can u Plz replace it ASAP very bad experience

The latest updates have made this app very sluggish and heavy. It no longer works on Android 5. Please fix!

Good, but many times hanging on android 5.1, ممتاز علي الاندرويد الاقل ولكنه يهنج ويفصل علي الاندرويد خمسة الاعلي. نرجو التحديث وحل المشكلة

Most items are fake especially make up. It makes me disappointed with items I brought! Its a bogus.

Don't use a credit card because if you do, they will find no obligation to refund or deliver. I have lost 7000 pounds on 20 June and cannot refund it until now 9 July
