Since the update in the beginning of the year, app has not worked on my Android, whereas it was flawless before. Called tech and after trying to fix problem (using iPhone from behind the scenes), they decided it was my phone that was the problem. Was suggested to use desktop, but that's very inconvenient for a busy mom. Hoping it gets fixed, because it is a very powerful tool

I can't use this app to do anything it is designed to do. None of the buttons along the top of bottom work. I watched the intro video but when I went to fill out a section after the video and submit it the save button didn't work. From what I can tell there appears to be a severe software problem and I'm noticing in the reviews many others are having the same problems.

Its awesome and the company is fantastic. Love everything about it. But it has since stopped working and I can no longer send the videos I need to send to prospects. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Andriod user.

I would like this app a lot better if I didn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling just to get it to update the videos. I keep losing the CORE video. So frustrating.

Since getting the Samsung S8+ the app is super sluggish and sends incomplete video text invites that make no since and then I Instantly get a message saying they watched it between 2-8 times within one minute.

None of the icons on the bottom function. Nothing works. Frustrated.

Won't work on my android phone.

Just started with Tranont and was excited to use the apps. I have the latest Samsung update and am unable to even log into the app. Based off the other reviews I'm assuming that this problem started after the last update and needs to be fixed asap.

Can't text links to any of the media with my Android device, videos, web pages, nothing. The links won't populate in the message... All my iPhone users say it works fine... I called tech support and they had no idea.. very hard to build this business when the tools don't work right.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. Keep getting an error, please fix! Other than this, the app is so powerful to use for business, I can't wait for the issue to be sorted out so I can use it daily! Thank you :)

The app frequently responds "Tranont has stopped working". Well I haven't. I downloaded this for its tools to help me in my business ....very disappointed.

This app is just nasty! I never have to use a computer again. I can send my prospects piquing videos, information on referral retail services, and core service details. It's a mobile world and tranont is leading in their attention to mobile platforms in our changing economies. Every household can financially change! Thank you for being the best opportunity on planet earth, tranont!
