A great tool! However it is very buggy.

This app crashes often Im currenetly ubinstalling it and reinstalling it to fix a contacts sync issue where it takes hours to sync or doeant aync. However. This is an AMAZING business tool and despite the fact that sometimes it makes me want ro throw my phone. It has been AN EXCEPTIONAL tool for my business

How the heck r u supposed to log in??? Other reviews say the samething! How do u subscribe to the app first?? So confused!!

I guess it is a lesson learnt to read the fine print, which I can't find anywhere.

Not a fan of this app. I tried to use it but it would continue to crash on me. I wasnt able to save info and photos to my phone, or share things with people without it being linked to my profile. I tried to cancel, but never received customer service responses that were helpful. Took me 2 months to cancel. Big waste of money. I've tried it 2 separate times and each time I'm disappointed.

I'm frustrated, I truly am. 90% of the reason I have this app is to send the tools and have it be confirmed when a prospect sees it. I have not been able to directly send tools via sms in 3 months. I would like some help before I decide to give up on the tools and not pay any longer.

this app is a waste of an app. you can't log into it ever do use it.

Love the app but can't get the text on pictures to copy when sharing then.

Silly me...when I first downloaded the app, I thought my isagenix login info was the same. When I talked to their customer support, I realized I had to subscribe to the app first. Totally worth it! After I got a little help with the notifications, it was so easy. Love the functionality. Perfect for me, since I am always on the go.

Great app idea but it doesn't work ever. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge and this app is always crashing. Half of it never loads. It never sends me notifications when somebody has looked at the stuff I send.

Used to freeze my phone when it first started last year. I am glad you fixed this because I love knowing when people have viewed the videos I sent!

Misleading. Where is the tracking feature? That's why I bought it! And where are all these before and after pictures shown in the video?????

This app won't even let log in with my Isagenix info

I have a Samsung G7 edge and it would let me send info. But I've never received a confirmation. Recently it stopped working completely. Uninstalled reinstalled still don't open. Called sound concepts and they couldn't help me

I struggled a little bit with getting notified when someone looks at a video. I didn't realize I not only had to turn on the notifications, but I also had to put in my email and cell phone. Also, when I called, Diane explained how it all works. Very knowledgeable and friendly. This had been such a great tool. Very happy with this app.

Gives me the ability to work my business straight from my phone with no copy and pasting. Gives us the tools we need right at my fingertips. Business on the GO. BAM!

It works but a major selling feature was the tracking ability. I've had people click on the links but I haven't reeves any notifications. In addition there is no place for me to login and see if my email /phone number are correct. Help please!

There is no tracking feature at all?

I find that when I text someone a video they always watch it. This app makes it so easy to share videos through a text. So simple and easy to use too!

Uninstall then reinstall it will work most be on wifi

When are you going to do an update so that android can get the tracking feature?
