This app is awesome, the cameras work great. Keeps my wife happy to be able to see our little guy, makes me happy when I can check on things while I'm away at work.

I constantly have to reinstall the software and reconfigure the camera to work. It keeps losing the security configuration and displays 'invalid password' whenever I try to log on.

It took a little bit to figure out everything and how it worked, but I'm very happy with it. I have no problem wirelessly connecting, the program doesn't glitch out, and the only "glitch" my camera has recorded is when the camera switched over from night to day mode functions. This is a fairly resource dependent app, so if you have an older phone or one with existing issues, I can see how it might not work. Setup can be challenging, but not impossible.

Slow response on a super fast Wi-Fi I have set up. No documentation at all for the product or software, and what is available has so many grammar and spelling errors it looks like a Nigerian fraud document.

Constantly crashes after downloading latest software update. Please fix it cannot check in on my pets while I am at work.

Made my life easier The whole surveillance cameras and this app works amazingly cool! I wasn't a very techy person but this app is pretty seamless to follow. I got hook up on the 24 hours video recording. It works wonder on how I can monitor all the happenings on around the house.

This app is amazing! I just love this app! So simple and easy to astil. I mostly love how you can ache dile the alert. I usally set it up when i level for work or when i am out of town. the motion alert is on point.

App is SLOWWW everytime I try to access the SD card the app crashes. It frequently crashes in other various settings, the microphone feature freezes the app up, it also has a rather long delay, the actual visuals on the camera has about a 5 - 10 second delay so I wouldn't use this to monitor a child, etc. It's pretty frustrating that in this day of age a company sells a product which may be decent, but then only allows you to use their software which they fail to keep up to date, fail to deal with the constant error/crash messages, and basically could care less that you can barely use the product they sold you because they can't follow through with their software. So the camera is ok, the software is a Pyle of you know what.

My camera constantly disconnects and has to be re-paired. Every time I've tried to view my camera outside of my home, my camera is unavailable.

User-friendly!! Works well for me. I don't have any problem with it, no glitch or whatsoever. The live feed is ok too. I don't know why other complain about how the updates make it stopped working as before but for me, it still worked well, just a few touch-ups and its all good! (Perhaps because I got a little knowledge about gadgets and devices that's why I got no problem setting it up every once in a while). But I assure it wont't take much knowledge to fix a few glitch on this app. It is quite user-friendly and not hard to undetstand and follow.

Update: crashing is now fixed, i can use it on my phone without issue. This was a wonderful app and system but now with the recent update it crashes after a few seconds. It is completely useless. I will raise my rating once it is fixed.

Works well! The setting up can be a little challenging if you are not a techy person like me. So I sought the help of my brother who is a computer technician. It took about more or less 8 minutes for him to set up. Works perfectly smooth for a week or so but it just stopped working, I couldn't make a live feed so I called my brother over (again!) to see what went wrong. He discovered I accidentally turn off all the Motion Setting. After that everything is back into place. The app works well if you are good or have some knowledge on electronics or gadgets. Overall, I'm still giving it high ratings.

It has many functions and variables and a steep learning curve. I like that video is constantly recording into a buffer and looping or pre-loaded so you see some video even before the alarm is triggered. Areas of the scene under surveillance can be masked off so not everything will trigger the alarm. Update 12/2/2016: WiFi won't stay connected after latest update. Couldn't use it on ethernet either. Solution found: install MIPC app - notification received for firmware update. Updated firmware and everything worked OK on MIPC. Went back to Serene viewer and now everything works OK.

Updated to current version, is now useless. Crashes every time I view camera. UPDATE 12/2/16 updated camera. Restarted everything and it is working again. Better communication from vendor is needed.

Just got the camera and went to try it out. Every time I select the camera to view the app crashes. UPDATE: Just like other users I held on the camera and in the settings I upgraded the camera software. Now it works great.

Doesn't connect to wireless. "System error". Don't waste your time on this

The app has finally been fixed with this latest update 4/7/2016. It doesn't crash and I can view the recorded snapshots and videos. It has many functions and variables and a steep learning curve. Will be returning this camera...the web site is a simple Google site does not give me any confidence in this product.
