SoundCam FREE

SoundCam FREE is a unique app that takes photographs and saves them together with sound into one jpeg file. This file can then be shared to other SoundCam FREE users that can hear the sound. It can also be shared to standard services like Facebook, Twitter, etc. in which it looks like a standard jpeg file. But when downloaded by someone with SoundCam, the sound can be heard.

This app version is with the ad banner on the browser screen. Should you wish to get rid of it, please download SoundCam app.

When the app is run, it starts recording the sound and when a picture is taken by tapping anywhere in the main screen, it saves up to 10 seconds of the sound recorded prior to taking the picture. SoundCam uses proprietary technology to save the sound directly to jpeg file metadata. When playing it extracts the sound from this metadata.

The app contains two widgets, one to run the camera screen and one to go directly to the browser. User can also go to the browser using the last taken image on the top left cornder of the camera screen.

This is first version of the app, so we expect some user input as to how to improve the application.
