About Concentrating Pain
When pain is there in your body. You have to forget the whole body and just concentrate on the part of the body which is painful. When you concentrate on the part of the body which is painful, you see that part is shrinking. It will go on shrinking; the area will become smaller and smaller. And at one point of time, it will disappear . But the problem is when there is pain in the body, you cannot concentrate on the pain because the pain distracts. Hence instead of concentrating on the pain in the body, you practice by concentrating on the mobile.
Click on the part of the image where you have pain. When you click on the image there is pain, an image of pain appears. Totally concentrate on the pain, go on concentrating on the pain, untill it dissolves. Aterwards, practice on the pain in your body, then it will be easy to concentrate and dissolve pain in your body.
Alternatively you can practice on the mobile and also on your pain in the body. During concentration on pain in the body it dissolves and may come again after leaving concentration, hence should be regularly practiced till pain disappears.
