Camera does not work to scan the tag, cannot seem to register tag. I get a message that says bad credentials. The just doesn't work.

I received this tag when my Dog was a Pup. I changed Vets and the old Vet Clinic contact information is embedded onto the Tag's ID/Bar Code. Meaning...I can not update my Dog's CURRENT Vet information.

Asks for a security code : letter + 5 number digits. And it keeps telling me incorrect!

The tag certainly will not last even one year. The cell number is mandatory, I don't have one. The numbers are very small to read. For 10 dollars I had a beautiful well made tag produced at the pet store with all information stamped on it.
