Sophos Security & Antivirus Guard, " Does Just That " Protects it's Own and Other download of, " Security & Antivirus " from being Uninstalled by accident or by any rouge attack by Malware. It is a Marriage made in Security & Antivirus heaven and is a Must Have after downloading Sophos , " Antivirus & Security " Protection it's self. So Firstly it's download ( Sophos Antivirus & Security ) . Then Secondly download ( Sophos Antivirus & Security Gaurd ) . Both are Free , Easy to use and have detected two bits of malware in the eight or so months I've been using it. One attack was a very eggressive , ADWARE attack of which Sophos detected and advised about real time. So I have no problem Awarding and recommend​into both Sophos apps a Full Five stars each. Highly recommended.

It locks up my app drawer, freezes my screen, and also makes all of my app icons disappear. I uninstalled it once, and ran kaspersky for a month. I just downloaded sophos again, and the same thing happened. This is a new phone so I should have the resources to run any app I want.

Wont let me uninstall.. says i have to deactivate from device managers when i already have..killed my battery in under 30 minutes

It marked almost everything app installed as Low reputation app, even my banking app! And other absolutely trusted apps. Uninstalled.

Pretty good at kicking off this nasty person who keeps attempting to put a parental control app on my phine I also now have her number

It really do its job very well in all aspect when it comes to security and protection.

Installed it but can't find it to put it to work.

It's still early I just got it,,but I will know if it gets the virrrus out of my browser.

I installed the app and for security setting it says to click permit.But up doing so it goes to connectivity settings

To those who cant uninstall uninstall the antivirus and security watch dog 1st then uninstall sophos all together ..thats how it worked on my s5 mini x

How can I uninstall this? When I try to deactivate , it's saying something about administrator account. Please let me uninstall this. Thank you

I can not installed this crap. U need to fix this. It is messing with my whole dame phone!!!!!!!!!

Apparently this guard app doesn't really prevent the uninstall of the main Antivirus app.
