Soothe for Therapist for Android
I am having the same problem as Patricia and I have a Google Nexus 5x. I do not get the pop up notifications on my home screen even when there are offers available in the app. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and freeing up space on my phone.
This app will not let me update my availability at all!! When I try to change the times I am available the entire day disappears from the list! I can't stand the constant texting me for last minute appointments. This is ridiculous!! How am I supposed to make money??!
First they lowered our pay, then added tipping. So I made about the same, sometimes more monthly due to the change. They recently raised the cost for clients, but did not give us a raise. Now clients are tipping even less and I'm now making less than before they cut the pay. 5 star reviews with only 5-10% tips, instead of the 15-20% before the prices were raised on clients.
Needs to fix its Offers page to where us users don't have to close the app often to finally see the offers! The Offers should show up immediately without any issues! Also, why bother with a "contact client" button when we can't even use it??
Is asking me to sign in but I am new to app, no way to register on the app. I don't understand how I'm supposed to use it if it won't even let me register.
Would be nice that the page that ask you to rate your client or your therapist would pop up as soon as the massage is finished instead of have to look for it and risk to forgot to rate your experience :-)
Ok ive had my frustrations with this app.... but after being with zeel for a few months and not getting one single appointment.... it made me realize... I love you guys!!! ???????????????????? lol and i have no complaints really lol
I've used this app for three weeks. There are serious glitches, such as, receiving texts about whether to accept or reject the offer after already rejecting and not being able to check-in for an appointment.
It works pretty good. Sometimes it takes a while to load. You will have to close the app then reopen it. Or log out and log back in. Or even uninstall it. But other than that it's cool. I like the new performance button so you can see how your doing and keep track of what you've made.
It has log in issues far too often
I couldn't check out but other than that its ok I guess. I'm always last to receive appointments.
It takes ages to load a booking.
I'm a LMT going on 12 yrs. These people are corporate and try to act tougher than what you have gone thru with a bad client. They are no good. Put your ad on massage anywhere dot com and get rebooks with decency, respect and a privilege to be a MT.
It doesn't load so I can see an offer. It won't let me exit the app either. The app will give me notification of an offer but what is the point if it won't load. I have uninstalled this app and started over many times and it still does the same thing. When is this going to be fixed?
I thankfully haven't had issues like other android users. I have an Android and refuse to switch to iPhone. I occasionally have glitches with the app but nothing too major. I enjoy working with Soothe and the staff are pleasant.
After the last update on 05/2017, the app stopped making any sounds when a service pop up. Tried everything, but still silent.
Getting better, but had a major glitch that really made a mess of miscommunications.
The appointment is always "taken" within the 5 seconds it takes me to push "accept" after a notification comes through. I'm hoping an iPhone will solve the lag time.

The app automatically opens to my appointments page instead of offers, and many times I miss out on income because of that short delay switching screens.
Apparently my phone is at the lower functioning end for this app so it doesn't work properly for me (it often won't load). Uninstalling and reinstalling works but I have to do it quite a bit which is annoying when you're trying to check in or out of a job or view a job that's coming up. I recently changed my star rating after having to reinstall it at least 7 times in one night. The area selections are a bit vague and too big; for eg 'outer London' covers a vast area and could be scaled down a lot (ie by borough would make it a lot easier). My feedback re a client got changed after I submitted it too. I wrote about how polite the guy was and about parking in the area and the next day my client review read "she was beauty" Erm. .. slightly worrying. Who changed it and how?

No longer works with my phone. Did two months ago. Not happy about upgrading the app past my phone's capacity.
So far everything is working properly and is easy to use.
It's no longer really compatible with Android. I have had to uninstall* and reinstall the app several times. It works well for a few days then stops working. I did order and I phone to see if that resolves the issue but it has made it difficult to take massage jobs. I did also notify staff.
I love my soothe family. They have been soo patient with me and express helpful. The app may have glitches here and there but all in all its a great app and the pay isn't a week. It's 24 to 72 hours.. depending on your bank. No complaints here. The customer service peeps work extremely hard and should be thanked instead of ridiculed. They have a lot of people to deal with on a daily bases. I love you guys ... keep up the amazing work
This app has accepted appointments for me. Also when I clicked to call my present client they gave me the phone number of a client I had weeks ago. It will tell me a massage is up to 15 miles less than it really is. This can make me late for appointments because ill accept a massage thinking its a certain distance then its farther away. These are all app problems! They company, its employeees, and everyone Ive ever talked on the phone to are really professional and great.
App confirms appointments on its own. I called them and the concierge team member (unfortunately do not remember her name) was rude to me and told me that I was marked for no-show for my appointment that I didn't even freaking know about! Transferred me to success team they couldn't fix the problem, promised to call back - never called. Disappointing.
nice set up, but misrepresentation of pay out time period. pay outs or over a week, and the customer service agents have no idea what their talking about
Same issues as other Android users. Called support and rep told me to get an iphone. First month was fine. Then nothing. Guess i am getting an iphone today.
Business is starting to pick up here in STL. They are great with chair events. Would love if the company would not say tips are included.
Easy to use. Can basically set your schedule at your finger tips and on a whim at the last minute. :)
Stops working sometimes, shows no city, and accepts appointments on your behalf from time to time.
I am a Therapist. It will not let me log in or set up as a therapist.

Since the newest update I haven't been able to get any notifications. Now the app basically useless. Called tech support twice went through the steps and still nothing.
