It was easy to download and use it's features, made an appointment same day.They were very professional. I did the prenatal massage and my husband did the deep tissue massage. It felt great getting pampered in the comfort of your own home.

This is the best service. They have terrific phone operators when needed. Personally I've preferred the females to the males.

Don't fool yourself. This is an extremely expensive way to get a massage. Look locally. Just look online and you'll find plenty of massage therapist to a certified he will come to you... With no game playing. First two sessions were great. Then the Soothe booking system began experiencing bugs. As opposed to my masseur showing up at 8:45 p.m., she showed up at 8:45 am. This happened on many occasions. And so enough is enough. Might be good people behind this company, but the application should not be trusted. Don't waste your time.

This is probably the best service ever created. No rushing out and dealing with traffic when what you're trying to do is relax. I've used the app twice so far and both experiences have been great!

There is no information on the therapist. Who do they work for? Have they gone through any background screening? How much experience do they have? For all I know you could be sending anyone with any criminal record to my house as their first ever customer. No one should ever use this app.

Horrible. Have to input credit card number before checking prices. Can't delete credit card info. Massage was $109 for one hour and there wasn't any other options or ways to rate the service. Poorly designed app.

Been using Soothe for 4 months now. Ive tried 2 different masseuses and both excellent, professional and courteous. Love the app very easy to use. You dont get to select your masseuse though...

App is very easy to use. Allows you to change account info including address and credit card info, easily. Gave step by step updates and instructions including how to prepare the space and what is provided in your service. Had info about our therapist as well as a picture and contact info to either call or text at anytime. Worth the price to walk from my bedroom to the table. Will use again.

Refrain. Not only the "therapist" have no idea of massaging , the company is incompetent and dishonest. They are not behind their commitments. It is a failing and bad intentioned company. Don't lose time, money and most importantly they will make you angry. So terrible that there should be legal framework to keep these sort of things away from civilized platforms. The so called therapist came late. Farted loudly. She was very nervous. She asked me how is Sweedish massage. She asked 25-30 questions. Was very nervous and sweaty. May be under effect of a substance or not but wasn't normal. She was just putting oil constantly and not doing any massage. It was really bad. In fa t it is not fair of the company to put these people into the sitiation where all responsibility is on tbeir shoulders without competancy. She asked if I want her to not continue. I accepted it and asked her to stop. She suddenly realized it may be bad for her and called someone and started crying without any reason. She left in 20 minutes after arrival to an 120 minutes appointment. Until here it could be considered an unlucky first experience. But after this the company revealed their true incompetence and fraudulent policies. After she left I informed the call centre and the lady confirmed there is no charge and even they will add credits to the account. However later on they refused to send email confirmation that they are not charging and changed what call centre informed. They sent a link for review. I made a one star review and wrote what happened. They turned my review on their site to 5 star and removed my written review. I contacted them to learn how to edit the review. They wanted to know the content of review and remotely closed the chat page. They shouldn't be allowed to operate in such a crook way. May be the only useful side of this company is that this sort of crooks will be the reason to implement a proper legal framework for online service companies who obtain your credit card and other personal into
