The password is not saved locally and needs to be reentered after every restart or app close. This forces you to use weak password. The app always changes screen orientation to portrait which is very annoying when working on tablet placed on desk. Why it is always visible in the notifications? And on lock screen. There are no settings! The software for Win is buggy and too slow under Win 10 (did not test it in other versions).

Mobile application doesn't work. After 4 months of waiting for a resolution, now I'm being told that the company has been acquired by Barracuda and they "are not allocating additional resources to the mobile application". So basically I've paid for a product that doesn't work. The biggest issue is that I've converted all of my files over and now I have to decrypt and find a new solution. Very bad customer service just to stop supporting a product, especially without any notification to the the paying clients.

When I copy my login from LastPass and paste in Sookasa, then switch back to LastPass to copy my long, complex password, then switch back to Sookasa, the long login is deleted!
