iTrackTouge

iTrackTouge是一個MIT台灣開發的路段計時APP。
此應用程式是虛實整合一個平台，是應用GPS感應使碼錶自動開始與自動結束，讓使用者們與其好友們
可以在最輕鬆狀態下一起分享特殊路段的最佳時間，同時自我可以了解與參考各車型最佳時間。

透過APP讓車友們不但可獨自自我評量,降低與其他車輛群跑之風險外,也期望倡導不跨線不擾民等行車禮儀!!

為遵循個人資料保護法規定,在您提供個人資料予本應用程式前,有義務告知下列事項,請您詳閱,謝謝!

一、蒐集目的
提供本應用程式相關服務,會員客戶資料管理等活動

二、個人資料類別
識別個人 (如: 暱稱、聯絡電話、車型、往來電子郵件等資訊)

利用期間 - 同意成為本應用程式會員之日起,至本應用程式該會員表示停止使用其個人資料時為止

對象及方式 - 會員所提供之個人資料除經由本應用程式管理、記錄查詢等功能外,將有下列利用:
(1)帳號相關: 查詢帳號之相關資訊(如暱稱,帳號,密碼,車型,個人成績等資料)
(2)行銷活動: 為達到行銷宣傳目的,本應用程式與合作企業將利用會員所提供之電話,電子信箱來執行相關活動
行使個人資料權利方式 - 依個人資料保護法規定,您就您的個人資料享有查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集、處理或利用、請求刪除之權利。

四、不提供完整個資之權益影響
若會員選擇不提供或只提供部分個資時,本應用程式將有可能無法為您提供完整服務並導致可能之損害時,則無法歸咎責任於本應用程式

五、本應用程式因業務需要而委託外部機關處理您的個人資料時,本應用程式將善盡監督之責

六、如果您不願收到本應用程式寄送之行銷訊息,您可以拒絕接受

七、下列的情況下，本應用程式有可能會查看或提供會員個人資料給相關政府單位機關、或是提出適當證明之第三人且主張其權利受侵害:
(1) 依法令規定、或依司法機關或其他相關政府單位機關命令;
(2) 會員涉及違反法令、侵害第三人權益、或違反本使用條款或各該使用規範或約定;
(3) 為保護會員服務系統之安全或經營者之合法權益;
(4) 為保護其他會員或其他第三人的合法權益;
(5) 維護本系統正常運作之目的
