What's with all these pointless negative reviews, this app is only 137KB. "Sold my tablet because of this", "last Sony product because o.f this", just how retarded are you? At least it's not as bad as what other manufacturers (looking at you Samsung, Apple, HTC, etc.) force on to its users. Plus this "ticket" gives you the benefit of Xperia Lounge Gold, which gives you; Premium themes for free, free movies, and competitions in order to win prizes. TL;DR: It's just 137KB so stop whining.

I honestly think those that give the negative reviews must be on drugs, complaining about a piece of software that's only 98.6kb small. Here's a solution though, root your phone then delete Android altogether and your phone will really be boat free, enjoy.

It frustrates me so much that I can't uninstall useless apps like this. I wouldn't mind them being pre-installed if I could remove those I don't need/want, but no - I'm forced to keep these using and have them use up space. Not happy!

So many ppl giving this negative reviews. This is not bloatware. Bloatware is companies like Intex, Xiaomi, VIVO, Oppo, etc installing 5 different 50 MB apps in the system. This is a very small, useful app & it's sad how so many ppl just criticize without even knowing what it is.

Not sure why Sony loads phones with bloatware like this one. I use Sony so everything should be in it without taking 80% of space. Useless app for me. And cant even uninstal it

It is just bloatware on my m4 aqua and I can't bloody delete it or even disable it. Didn't even know it was on my phone, until I noticed it as installed on my app list in play store. It doesn't come up on my phones app list.

No way of getting rid of or disabling this unwanted and frankly utterly useless (at least to me) bloatware. It eats into my data something chronic. Have never used it nor will I.looks like I'm going to have to root my phone to get rid of this junk

Sony, if I wanted this app on my phone I would install it. But I have no choice to delete it. It's a horrible, ancient way of attracting customers to use your services. Let people make a choice!

What's with the pointless positive reviews? I have an older Xperia with only 8 Gb and these preloaded apps which are undeletable are taking up all my space... Sony, quit bullying and make the apps you don't want removable

I'm sure this is probably a lovely app, if you actually want it, but the problem is, I don't. My phone doesn't have much storage as it is so being able to uninstall this (Along with the other bloatware on my phone) would of been great, but unfortunately, I'm stuck with it.

Why Sony you can just easily look on Google and search book your tickets ect. What should be done is forget about this sort of rubbish and put more effort into xperia keyboard instead of s#!tkey and ps1 games for xperia devices high resolution music you can sell for downloading onto xperia device. Now i be happy with that stuff using up my storage and memory.

Equally usefull application like the Google Webview amd Xperia Lounge. My phone performance is much better after having installed this app. Bonus: I was about to separate with my wife. But this app changed our lives!

Forced install, won't let me delete. Not really a storage issue, but installation for non essential apps should be up to the user. I bought this phone. I shouldn't have to root it to decide which apps I want/don't want, even though rooting it might be fun.

Why does this even exist? Why Sony? You've been a trend setting company in so many ways. You are better than this. Stickers in photos long before Apple did it. PS Vue, allowing us to stick it to the satellite and cable companies. AR apps. VR games on PlayStation. And no one can forget the Walkman. If you are going to force this meaningless useless software upon us at least dial the size of it back a bit. You've given us so many technological freedoms throughout the decades, so please trust us to choose what we want on our devices

Everytime I uninstall it, it appears on the updates section. If I am not interested in such an app, I should be able to uninstall it right??? But noooo, the phone makers out there knows better. Just an advice to all phone makers, millions of phone users are sick of your crapware, forceware, bundleware...Remember, we pay for the phone and we choose what apps we want on our phones. You are not in a position to force us... Note: you will get only One star for each bundleware I cannot get rid off.

Has anybody here tried disabling the built in apps that don't want or are thay too retarded. Also I had a Samsung device and tht was worse but knowing how to disable them thru the apps setting on your phone keeps them under control

Hello? Sony is trying to make more convenience for you of tickets and passes to everywhere. Why must you all complain?? I find it quite useful and am glad I decided to choose Sony. Haters will hate. But I love it.

It's time to speak out against these apps that take control of your phones services without your permission and that cannot be removed from "your device" at your request. The only reason apps like this exist is to steal your personal data for the purpose of marketing and other unethical commercial gains.

Sony has always been my favourite phone on the market, but this uninstallable bloatware that you guys have recently started putting on the phones is really ridiculous now, this being one of them another being the 'whats new' app it really needs to be uninstallable especially in the new mid range phones where space is at major problem, for example the m4 has got serious space shortage and it is loaded with bloatware, unfortunately not all the apps can be transferred to the memory card.

Another load of c##p same as your marshmellow update battery lasted 14/21 days on single charge since up date not even a day bring back the staminer mode oh and another thing in your next up date have an option to go back to a previous update

Just upgraded to m4 aqua please for God's sake stop putting loads of apps on the phones and just let all your customers choose what apps we want instead of making us have all these that we can't uninstall and take up the memory space we could be using for more beneficial apps

How do you stop this updating itself? And other bloatwear apps too? I never use it out just clogs up my phone? Can anybody recommend a company that doesn't have such bloatwear apps? This is a new cheap Xperia E4, I can't afford recordist phones so value whatever little space there is on the device for apps I do use. Thanks.

Why have Sony updated to app, which I have absolutely NO intention of using, and for which I chose NO UPDATES. Why offer me the choice when you have no intention of taking any notice of me.

Why oh why do Sony insist on filling our phones with apps that are A... Of no use and B... Apps that we can't uninstall? Real problems with phone memory and can't transfer to memory card.
