SmartBand Talk SWR30

The only issues I have with this supporting app is the inability to work with two bands at once. I just interchange and reconnect each one so it can work with the same settings on the app instead. Also, it would be great to be able to change the screen orientation in the left or right handed option without having to set up the device as new i.e. with a factory reset which is a bit drastic. But I didn't have to reset when I updated my XZ to Nougat and got extra day usage 4 days now instead of 3 previously.

Very flaky, have been using it for past three weeks on Samsung with Android 4.4.1, and a Nexus 6p with Android 7.1.1. App seems to "lose its way", and doesn't respond to changes made in settings. Eventually notifications from the app are frozen on screen, and the smart band no longer responds to incoming calls and texts. Uninstalling and reinstalling sorts it out, but becoming a pain in the a...

After working reasonably well for two years in the past few months since marshmallow the functionality has reduced until now it won't connect to my Xperia ☓ at all. Now it's useless. I hope that there is an effective bug fix soon!

It used to work great but now refuses to connect to my phone even though nothing has changed. The watch is in stamina mode but not selected in the app. NFC won't reconnect it. Both fully charged. Really annoying!

Isnt changing the watch face anymore. It is stuck on the default face. Everything else seems to be working. Please fix....

Can't receive calls over third party like Facebook messanger, so I must disconnect SmartBand Talk to make a calls,please fix this

I love my Smartband Talk, and I'm glad they're still supporting the software.

After update smartband's battery draining like anything. It not even last for 2 days which use to last for 5+ days

If you regard this mostly as a smart watch rather than a fitness device, it's twice worth the money paid.

Great product. Love the updates for voice search. Would have 5 starts but can no longer add Lifelog bookmarks. :(

Since last updated have had huge issues syncing my smart band with my phone

This app made my phone blink out. I had to restart my phone

After the update the watch is now a contender.

Out of range alert not working! Why?

Latest update seems to have reduced the battery life. I could go 2-4 days without recharging. Since latest update the battery barely lasts a day!!! Edit: 08/12/16 - Inadvertently I let the battery fully drain. I recharged as usual in the morning and next days, I realized, I haven't recharged yet and when I checked it, it was at 56%. I might have just resolved my battery issue! Everything else works great.

I support this product as it looks simpler and prettier than others, as well as I like the way it saves battery. Now I would like to know if smartband talk also supports the function of swiping pages other than pressing button, as it is more convenient.

Installed update, reset my band to factory reset, after paired with phone, band got firmware update, BUT... there are exactly the same problems as before: can't change watch faces and strange icon in top right corner, when you turned off device.

After the latest update, my smartband no longer stays connected to my Nexus 6P. It seems to connect fine, asks if I want to add it to the Smart Lock, which I do. Then sometime in the next hour, it disconnects. Then I have to repeat the whole process. Very annoying.

Band use to works so great. After all this updates it disconnects self every 20-30min and need to be kicked from app to connect again. Shame on you SONY I spend on this quite significant amount of money and it's not working. I should return this as it not doing things should do.

Since the last update I'm having to charge my SmartBand 3 times a day which is just stupid. Connected to Sony z3, please fix it as other than that I'd give it 5 stars

the update did not fix anything.. my smartband was working great before the updates.. latest one made it even worse.. chip like icon appears.. cannot change watch face.. inaccurate measurement of activities..

Please add a feature that allows phone and watch to sound a loud alarm if not paired for longer than 10 seconds. This is useful if phone is picked from your pocket. Vibrate alarm on the current feature is not enough.

I updated my phone to Android 6. I have a Z3 and ever since then I can not hold a Bluetooth connection. My watch shows the cloud icon constantly I have to turn it off and back on again to try and get it to sync. Pretty half baked but not sure if it's the app, Sony throw or Bluetooth implementation in Android 6. Either way now my watch is just a time piece. Before I kept my phone on silent because it worked so well.

Was great don't think the smart lock was a smart Idea. Not working too well does not do what it say it should. Does not keep the phone unlocked. Agree that the connection loss is an issue and it very hard to get it back and connect again. Please unbug it and make it good again if not great.

Please help! My smart band no longer shows the notification icons on my smart band. It will display the email/text but if I don't look down at my band at that moment I get it I wouldn't even know I had a text/email unless I look at my phone. Please help!!
