SmartBand 2 SWR12

Every time I take it off to charge, it disconnects. My issue is that when I put it back on, it refuses to connect it. It stays disconnected and the ONLY way for me to get it working again is to Uninstall the app, forget my band in Bluetooth settings and start the process over again, from scratch. Are you serious? Never mind the fact of inaccuracy.

Basic app, nothing interesting, the vibration is mediocre, and the band can't track activites accurately on stamina mode. Why sony doesn't have a one app for fitness...lifelog is perfect choice to be integrated with all Sony's smartbands, beautiful and easy to understand UI, let's hope that sony will make some changes... Heart Rate doesn't work on stamina mode on android, you will have to wait forever, on ios is monitoring every time I open the app. P.S. After the update, the band has great battery life, 7 days on standby mode, two days more.Please fix the heart rate, still doesn't work.

No good for tracking cycling activities in winter (the combination of gloves and sleeves makes it stop functioning). Battery is draining much faster now on the 10th month of ownership. When warranty will expire the SW12 will die, as many other Sony products (PS4 etc).

Mods please read and take note, this would be a great stand alone app if you could add more tiles/activities on the dash board such as swimming, calisthenics, Kettlebells, Weights, and TRX training. Please make these changes in an update soon. This could easily be a 5* app.

It'really usefully and great devices but There are some bugs , example on 7ANDroid sometimes disconcerted until turn on NFC and connected by S.B.2 And my opinion App's S.B2 to be have many many development way by deloper. For example if u can find ur device by app , if u loss it in any where or others.....

Useless I feel like a fool. Bluetooth on, nfc vibrating showing no errors and yet me with nothing more than a red sign saying that it is disconnected. Waste of my time and money

Now on my fourth and last Smartband, apart from the heartrate not been anyway close to accurate, the battery has let me down on each Smartband, now getting less then half a day out of a full charge and shortly it will be less then 6 hours from a full charge. I will not be replacing this one with another Sony Smartband. So well done Sony you have lost a very loyal customer, not for making a faulty product but for not acknowledging the problem or fixing it.

Absolutely ridiculous, keep on disconnecting with no reason even if my phone is a two meters away.Waisting of money,never buy SmartBand again.! I thought Sony connect to sony perfectly but I was wrong... Very very disappointed. 1/10.

The app is very basic, I've only had it 5 days, and I've yet to see my heart rate. Why Sony is there no clock????. I agree with other people, I enjoy swimming, yes I can wear smartband. 2 in water, but that's it!!!!!!. I may resort back to my fit bit, as the app is far more quicker.

1st day (6/1/17) So far... Simple, easy to use, vibration is OK and remote option could be better. NFC app opening should sync faster. BPM in app is different then when its reported to lifelog app. Running doesn't transfer to lifelog app. Will update after a week or two

very hard to detect heart rate nowadays and even lifelog already shows heart rate in homepage, it does not. Besides, in lifelog, heart rate still does not show my sleeping quality, I.E. how many % low stress or recovery.

I have just bought it today. Can I have the on-screen vibration disable option in the next update? How come u guys think that I still need for vibration when I am looking at the mobile screen???

Awful!! Just would not connect to my smart band whatever I did just kept saying it was disconnected. Had to keep uninstalling and reinstalling but even that didn't work in the end. I wouldnt recommend the SWR12 at all either. Nothing but a part since I got it

Why does the "upgrade" to smartband 1 NOT contain notifations for alarms. I use alarms throughout the day, not just for waking up. It's kinda no use to me without this function. What a waste of money

It works perfectly on Sony phone measures walk, running, driving, sleep, heart rate and driving, but now that I change to Samsung galaxy A5 2017 edition, driving, cycling are no more measured. Can you look into this please, beside this it's a lovely wrist band.

My band keeps disconnecting I've only had it since August last year

Since I have it I wear it and it is interesting the sleep and other stuff to see. But nobody knows that the future on this is more far enabled you to perform better. Tracks location with map Where you was. Shows the driving and waking and running and it tells you What u did ad a short time. All is tracked love it.

I have had my Smart Band 2 for 10 months now and the previous update worked much better. Since the latest update my Smart Locking function has gone away. The vibration if it disconnects still works, as does the reminder to move but smart lock was a very useful feature I really enjoyed.

I am student, and while sitting in lectures, the application registers the sitting time as sleeping time... I can't even delete it. So it makes the all thing totally useless. Pity because otherwise it would be awesome.

After 3-5 days, the App and Sony X3C stop playing nice. This causes the HRM tracker to become inaccurate - mostly on the low side, with the reported HRM being ~30% less than the actual HRM. It does also do random spikes where reported HRM is around 20 bpm over. The only fix I've found is to uninstall/reinstall. This is a huge pain. Please fix or I'll have to return the tracker for a refund as it is not fit for purpose.

The app keeps annoying me that my device is not connected.... I F**KING KNOW.... THAT'S ON PURPOSE... I WILL RECONNECT WHEN I WANT

After recent update, the app notices me my smart band 2 needs to be updated before I can use it. But the app keeps crashing during the update progress. Pls fix... or I cannot use it at all

Really disappointed me. The HRM very often can not detect heart rate and or take very long time to measure HR. Very often disconnect by itself I have to reconnect it manually by pressing the power button. C'mon Sony. It is really bad product in terms of price dan performance.

I have had my Smart Band 2 for 6 months and really like it. The last update broke the heart rate monitor for me. All past updates were fine, tracking heart rate was consistent. Since April update it misses big chunks of time with a good charge. This happens during the day or when sleeping. Looking back at my log history I can see the date of the update with consistently missing monitor data after the update and none before. This impacts all other functions. Please fix.

I don't feel bad that Sony is losing money. I've been you biggest fan for many years since the inception of Sony Ericsson, buying only your product but lately there has been countless disappointments and problems with all your later product. Since then I have been slowly jumping ship at the first chance I get, replacing once Sony products with that of your competition. Guess what? Your fitness band just lost me too.
