bus@usa for Android
The app includes public transport in most urban/residential areas which is great. Very detailed, it just takes a little while to get used to the interface. I recommend it!

Oddly enough, this is the best AC Transit app I've seen. AnyStop is kind of too slow and clunky, and the rest are really buggy and look like they haven't been developed since Android 1.6. It doesn't have the automatic location finder that AnyStop has, but it's also less buggy and slow. The only thing I'd add to this is the ability to see predictions for both directions of a stop at the same time.
Only seems to offer one line in Brooklyn to browse. Other method is to enter the stop's ID #? Sure...
Real easy to use. Easier to understand than omnitrans website.
