Allows me to activate sonicwalls easily, however, doesn't give me a registration code so that aspect is almost worthless. Would like to have an option to see recently expired sonicwalls since we have customers that drag their feet on paying for renewals despite our warnings and we don't want them to drop off the radar. Also, would like an option to see current firmware for the model to determine how out of date a model is, and maybe a link to change logs if new version is available.

Good idea, but lacking greatly in maturity and features. Biggest problems just at first glance. No search at all. Services should be grouped according to serial number, and not listed individually.

What exactly is the purpose of this app? You can't see downloads, you can't contact support, access the forums.

The option to take a photo of the serial number and authentication code never works. Entering it in manually works sometimes. Generally a waste of time. Just use the web page.
