Boomerang by Sonic Boom

Doesn't provide real time data on sink to other fitness trackers. Doesn't provide access to challenges and most other Sonic Boom features.

I have to have my Bluetooth setting on my phone on all the time in order for it to capture my steps. I'm not sure if I will keep using it...

I haven't experience any problems, once I learned the in and outs.

It is OK but the boomerang you have to use with it is not great.

Stopped synching DEC 30. Not able to resolve on my Samsung 7edge.

It's great tool for giving you heads up on your daily fitness goal, and can be a good guide to a healthy lifestyle.

Doesn't re set. Can't find a sync button so you are at the mercy of sketchy technology. A lot of work for very little info. I do like that it alerts for phone calls and texts. Several others in my office have given up for the same reasons. I will need to send this back.

The app does not sync with devices it claims to support. Had a boomerang but the band was flimsy and did not hold the device. It would always pop out when the band got warm when worn. Doesn't sync with Fitbit Charge 2. Developers seem to have given up on the product. Supports up to Galaxy S5 but not beyond.

I've synched well. It works fine. Charts are accurate. There's a lot of bad reviews. 1st????world problems...? A big plus for me is the BT integration with my Sonic Boom Wellness Boomerang wristbit and Android system.

Difficult to register, does not synch. I had to complete a factory reset several times before I could successfully register my device. Now my device is not syncing. Unfortunately the trouble-shooting is not effective, and I remain unable to synch my activity. Months later and it's o ly getting worse. Shame on the developers for putting out such a poor quality app.

Forgets who you are. This is a program thing for work and loses all your points and stuff you been working g up towards prizes. Company's that looking for a exercise program for your employees with incentives. DON'T USE THIS ONE!!!!

This new update requires the user to enter their account name and password every time the app is accessed. It also crashes regularly requiring the user to force stop the app and clear the data and cache before restarting. My Boomerang now sometimes gets text messages not meant for it, like stuff from my wife or my son's coach. Clearly, the testing of this update was subpar.

After I did the upgrade my steps have been off, my charts don't load, and my points that I would get do not upload. I have to go the website to check on everything. DO NOT DO THE UPGRADE IF YOU HAVE THE OLD VERSION. The reps are nice though and helped but could not resolve all the issues.

Initial registration worked and data uploads (sometimes) then next start up tries to re-pair and locks up at step 1. There are no menus or other work arounds to push past the lock up. The data still uploads if you kill and restart the app even though it always tries to pair again and locks up. The boomerang never shows up in bluetooth list yet it works for upload on galaxy note 3. Really messed up app. -- uninstalled & reinstalled, now working with no need to re-pair. Still have to log off and back to sync.

It seems like it would work well for tracking progress and goal setting, but data looks like it doesn't stay in the app after a day. Seems like a serious problem especially since my company ties our active days to insurance differentials. Please fix and I'll rerate!

The device works great. But either the Android app or the Bluetooth comms between the device and the app are weak. The automatic sync virtually never happens unless I log out and log back in, sometimes repeatedly.

I run the app once every evening to get the data off the watch and sync up with the website. Used to work perfectly. Now the app gets the numbers but seems to have a mind of its own as to when it wants to sync up, and when it finally does, the numbers are far less than what they should be. Sometimes I can coax it to behave by turning the Bluetooth off and on again. Please fix.

Worked great until about 5 months ago. It no longer shows past stats, just today's activity. The helpdesk says it's a known issue with some phones.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I received the sonic boom tracker in the mail. I did not care for the tracker as it was rather slim and really looked kind of feminine on my wrist. I contacted Sonic Boom and they let me know that being I opened the box (broke the two stickers to open it), they would not refund my money. They considered it used. I have to put my password and email and every time I open? I've had to try and change my password 5 times and I still can't get in? This is not good this doesn't work at all I am not happy

It claim to integrate with other devices but almosts does not

App worked great until last update. Now it won't sync or will only sync to a certain percentage. Please fix these problems!!!

Cannot stand having to skip the boomerang registration everytime I log in. Please move it to settings so we don't see it everytime.

Worst app I have on my phone, Guess they don't care that their app crashes almost daily since their last update.

Number of steps shown in the app after syncing to my boomerang never matches what the device says. Also, app won't update my activity to the sonicboom website.

Charts will not load, since upgrade. Never had the issue before but now I cannot access the history on my LG-G4.

Three months and dozens of 1 star reviews, still no fixes. Stopped working. Terrible app. A joke.

Very erratic step counting. Suddenly slows down. Counts 30% fewer steps than fit bit. Does not count late evening steps after around 11pm. I guess it goes to sleep.

Used to show total points, no longer does. Will not sync and wears the battery out on the boomerang. Please fix!

The website does not show current activity. App cannot display activity details. Need major work with the current android update.

Just purchased a new phone...app appears to sync, but won't pull charts, etc. It was awesome before this. What's up with this?
